I would highly recommend purchasing a car at National in Langford, BC. particularly if you work with Ricardo Pavon. Ricardo was very easy to work with, listened to what I was looking for, was courteous and warm, and well informed about the vehicles he was selling. He followed up on my questions promptly, encouraged me to test drive as many cars and as often as I needed in order to be sure I had found what I was looking for. And when I had a small problem with the car within the first week, he answered my call immediately and went out of his way to rectify it, even on his day off! I had some anxiety purchasing a used car because of previous experiences with pushy salesmen, but Ricardo put me at ease and was sincerely trying to help me find what I wanted, and did not pressure me in the least. Im glad employees of National do not have to work for commission. Im happy with my little red Mazda 3.

My husband and I purchased a Chevy Cruze from National in November 2013. The sales representative Ray was nice enough before we purchased the vehicle. We purchased the car and were promised to have new brake pads and rotors put on the following week. We took the car in to have the work done and only two of the rotors had been replaced and NONE of the pads were replaced. If you are promised any work when buying a vehicle GET IT IN WRITING. He also gave me attitude when I asked for a copy of the safety report. When I inquired later that week about a strange pull from the transmission I was given a very "not my problem" attitude and told to go to a Chevy dealer. I would not recommend this place. You get treated like gold until you sign the paperwork.

We were not pressured or harassed by pushy sales people. Ricardo was fantastic and made everything flow smoothly for our sale, it was a busy day yet he remained calm and cool, very professional. Thank you so much Ricardo for getting our family into a beautiful little Mazda2. (thanks also to the young man detailing and running around getting keys and ensuring our needs were met.) We truly felt like royalty, we will definitely recommend you to everyone we know!

Ive rented twice there, a 3ton and a 5ton. Both experiences were good. Good staff, good service. They worked with my schedule - late pickup the day before and late return the day of and just were all around helpful and friendly. Compared to u-Haul... well, no comparison.

I purchased a car through Ricardo Pavon and found him to be a very honest and trustworthy guy. The manger Tom also was of great assistance in this purchase. I would recommend either of these fine gentlemen for your car purchase. National has good cars at good value.
