Hats off to Troy and his team at Integra Tire. I have been purchasing my tires from Integra Tire for the past six years, unfortunately they do not sell Nokian tires so I had to deal with KAL TIRE WHICH WAS A BIG MISTAKE!! I got a nail in one of my Nokian tires and called KAL TIRE on Douglas St to see if they could get me in to fix the tire since they offer free flat repair - or do they. I was told by the lady who answered the phone that if I got there by 0930 they could do it for my while I waited. Ten minutes after that phone call the guy at the counter of Kal Tire was telling me I would have to leave my car for most of the day and they would call me when it was done. When I explained what I was told on the phone, he simply repeated the same thing. I walked out and drove to Integra Tire where Troy had me sorted and back on the road within 40 min of showing up. Thanks to you and your team Troy for out of this world customer service.

I have used Integra Tire in the past and have always had a positive experience with everyone I have dealt with. I needed to purchase winter tires and new rims for my car and they were very helpful to ensure I got a great deal for what I was looking for and the turn around time to get them to the shop was amazing! Install took about 20 minutes and I had paid within a half hour... and they were short handed!!!! I Would always recommend Integra Tire to anyone looking for good tire services because of the professional, personable and enthusiastic atmosphere.

I have been to so many tire shops and finally have someone who knows tires. They inspected the tires I have offered an idea for the future and fixed the slow leak in the front. Honestly all the positive comments were true. Just blown away!

Phoned hr and a half before to ask if they were good to go with new tires I asked for 1 day in advance . They said yes and they had wrong size . They are disorganised and Unless you can wait a week and keep calling they suck go elswhere

Called ahead said come by in an hour. Drove right up and got royal service. Hand torque and due care for super rare rims and top tier rubber. Good guys with experience and know how. No fuss and great rates.
