I have to repost my review. I have had a ridiculously difficult time since buying my vehicle six months ago with the final big issue resulting from the wrong winter tires being put on and the dealership declining to put the correct ones on after I had driven on them. However once the amazing Steve from sales returned from vacation he straightened everything out and I now have the tires I paid for on my vehicle. Apparently there have been some changes made to the service and parts department. Because I trust Steve, a person whom I believe is honest and trustworthy and I have never experienced a person work so hard to ensure a deal, I was willing to give Vernon Toyota one more chance. The sales manager Oliver was polite and sincere in his apology and his explanation as to the tire issue. If this dealership can match is service and parts department to the outstanding performance of its sales department they will have the BEST dealership in Canada. Thank you Vernon Toyota for setting my issues right. In this day and age that kind of commitment is rare and I feel that I can trust sending my family and friends to you for good, honest and caring service.

Steve in sales was amazing! He worked so hard to get me exactly what I wanted in a vehicle and ensure I was happy with it without any pressure. Love him and would buy another car from him in an instant! The service department is another story. I have been spoken to quite rudely from the girls in that department. Was quite taken aback by this experience. I am having ongoing issues with brake noise on my brand new prius. This week coming up will be my 4th attempt at having it fixed. My car has less than 12,000 kms on it. Dealing with the service manager was good. He is very polite and listened to my concerns. We shall see if they are able to fix this issue on my next scheduled visit......

Went into Vernon Toyota today. Was really stoked to find very knowledgeable staff who immediately helped me out with my absolute mess of a wheel bearing. Shout out to Corey in Parts as well as Gord in Service for being outstanding individuals. They provided me with great information and prompt service. Should have my Tacoma back on the road in no time thanks to those gentlemen. They are even dropping my parts off for me at my vehicle when they finish fixing what another shop broke! Sweet dudes, great service. I will definitely be going back there in the future!!!!!!

Great service team, they listen to your concerns and try hard not to run up the bill! Had brakes done on my Tundra and saved me $300.00 by turning the rotors something that most shops would say is not possible anymore with the thin rotors that are installed on vehicles. I have quotes for getting new shocks and struts on the truck and was surprised to find their prices were very competitive. I wont be going anywhere else anytime soon.

I was treated very poorly at Kelowna Toyota repeatedly, and I now drive from Kelowna to vernon for all my service needs because I am treated so well by Vernon Toyota! This is my second Toyota and I have been going to them for service for years. Not a bad experience ever there. Not once. In fact, its so far above and beyond my expectations each time that I justify the drive from Kelowna each time.

First time taking a car to a dealership for repairs! Gordon and the team at Vernon Toyota kept in contact multiple times each day my car was getting worked out. Asked for authorization before they started working on something. They dont charge an arm and a leg either which is great! For as long as Im in Vernon this is where Ill be buying / servicing my vehicles! Good job Vernon Toyota!

Poor service my truck had under 19,000 km and my rotors warped. The service manager told me this was not covered under warranty and tried to sell me a machine job on my rotors and suggested sanding my break pads. And re balancing my tires.Took the truck back to the Toyota dealer that I bought it from and everything was covered under warranty. Do not service your vehicle here

Be warned the inventory on the website may not be actually on their lot. Apparently they have 3 stores and display all inventory on the Vernon site. I inquired about a used truck and was told I could see it only if they deemed it to be the right truck for me, at which point I would have to put down a deposit and they would have it transported to Vernon. Thats ridiculous.

Such great service! I have never had such a great sales experience! I was lucky enough to get introduced to Steve Russell, he was really easy going and knowledgable. Art in financing is smart and doesnt give up until hes exhausted every avenue! It will take a lot to make me go anywhere else! Thank you so much for all your hard work and effort! You guys rock!

Best experience at a dealership. Took their time and found the best vehicle for our family and budget at the best rates. Best of all they backed their product up when there was issues.
