I had been new to the Vernon area when I went in November of 2016. My car had been hit and I had to get a repair and assemsent for icbc purposes. What lead me to pick this auto body shop was their flexible hours that worked with my husband and my work schedule. Very friendly people. Hospitable, offered us coffee, nice area to sit and watch tv.. The part that made me respect them so much more was that when we picked up my car it was completely vacuumed, washed, dusted, everything. It looked brand new and it was totally unnecessary seeing as I simply went in to get a repair and send it to icbc. Thats going above and beyond and makes them unique to a lot of other auto body shops.i highly recommend this place.

Amazing customer service from Hilltop Subaru. I went to a lot of other dealerships to find a new vehcile and being younger, a lot of them didnt take me seriously. Mike from Hilltop respected me the moment I walked through the door. The service was quick and efficient I was driving my new car the next day. Sonya did a great job explaining all of my options and was very patient with me as well. 10/10 experience. I will be back to make future purchases at Hilltop.
