We currently tried to book a vehicle for 9 days. We were told if we were able to leave a day early there would be a vehicle for us no problem. This was told to us multiple times by multiple associates on different days leading up to our departure. 30 minutes before we leave on a 2 hours drive to pick up our rental we call to confirm there is a vehicle. There was not. Great start to a vacation. We also were unable to get our work discount amount over the phone but while frantically seeking other rental locations and options, they were indeed able to give us proper quote. I believe this location is lazy and lacks customer serve. The associate I spoke with was the same one who told me it would be fine to get the car a day early(and we booked with) and the same one to say they were all rented.. we were not offered any help or assistance just shrugged off. If you can pick another location or another company. Do so.

We rented a car for a few days while ours was getting repaired. We brought it back a day early and got a fair rate considering we didnt keep it for the full amount of time originally planned. The lady at the desk was very nice and accomodating.

The car smelled of smoke which made it difficult to get my family to travel in it.Not sure if they had proper winter tires as it slid around on the snow- a lot.
