I do appreciate you contacting me as well on this post sorry I did not answer the phone was busy handling a Situation. I need someone to contact me immediately I have been charged several times on my debit card for purchases I have not made. I can show proof on my bank statements. I also live in San Antonio Texas And and find it odd that dollar in Vancouver. if I wanted to purchase batteries it would not be outside of where I live it would be by the nearest store by me I do need some to contact me as soon as possible or give me a number to respond to if not I will be contacting My Attorney. and I will file charges for fraud.

Called to see if they could help me get a replacement battery. Over the phone didnt even attempt to try to help identify the battery type/size etc and told me I needed to go in and that they could rebuild it but needed to see it. I spent the time to drive across town only to get curtly turned away without much effort to help and to "check online." Was in and out of the shop in under 60 seconds and they didnt even bother to take the battery out of my hand to examine it. I guess I was expecting a little more effort based on the reviews I was reading and the recommendations.

Friendly, helpful staff got me to exactly the right battery* and at the best price in town. If its a long way from your location, give them a call first or use the website to see if they have what you need in stock. *If your battery needs to fit in an unusual space, (UPS, small object with solid terminal points, etc.) take the item with you to make sure the terminals line up. Sometimes manufacturers products arent universal but the staff will help you find the best fit.

Ive been going to these guys for years, and couldnt be happier. As a professional photographer, I rely heavily on good batteries and my charger, all of which I got from Vancouver Battery after researching the best brands to use. Their customer service is excellent. Im just walking over there now to pick up a battery they rebuilt for my portable Wi-Fi speaker – a great solution for those whod rather repair something than throw it out and buy a new one.

Went in to buy a battery for a 3-yr old Dell laptop. They said it was a "Dell" battery and it was $90. About the same as ordering online through Amazon. Except it was generic, poor quality. Battery should last 2hrs, barely lasts 1.5. These knock-offs are only $30-40 online. So total rip-off, and dishonest service.

I cant speak more highly of Vancouver Battery. I had a battery charger that failed after about 5 years, I went in to ask if there was anything they could do and to my surprise they replaced it on the spot. I was literally speachless. I will always buy my batteries from these guys. They are amazing!
