Urban Limo provided excellent service, organizing multiple pick-ups and drop-offs in a friendly and professional manner. I decided to hire a limo to take a group of friends from downtown Vancouver, Burnaby, and Coquitlam to a wedding at a golf resort in Pitt Meadows. Kyle was super helpful at estimating the cost as I wasnt quite sure how many people would be in our party at the beginning. He was prompt at answering emails and phone calls, and offered us the best deal in town (I requested quotes from 3 other companies). Our driver Joe was also very courteous, professional and punctual. He even offered to help my partner figure out how to tie his tie. He gave us his number in case we wanted to leave earlier than requested, and indeed, the wedding ended an hour earlier than anticipated. I called Joe, and he was already waiting in the parking lot for whenever we were ready. He was also flexible in turning back to retrieve some forgotten shoes and in changing one of our drop-off points (a few members of our party wanted to keep the night going at a pub). I would definitely recommend Urban Limo and use their services again.

We arranged urban limo for our trip to airport. The pick up was at 11am but I was running really late. The driver was so nice and patient about waiting for 20 minutes, he helped with all the bags and we were managed to get to the airport on time! The traffic in downtown was really terrible. He knew exactly where to go to avoid as much traffic as possible. And the rate from the city to the airport was fair. Really great service!!
