The only reason I am giving Stavros Auto Body 5 stars is because I cant give them 11 stars, and they deserve it because these guys crank customer service excellence up to 11. I came in on a Monday with a crunchy bumper, an impacted grill and a curled lip of a hood that looked like a snarling bulldog. I wont get into the details of the accident as its far healthier to exercise feelings of rage with healthy activities, like yoga or hatchet tossing, than to flame out on the internet. But I digress. The damages were not covered by ICBC so every dollar was coming out of my rather shallow pockets, so I was very pleased when the initial estimate came in about 30% less than the other guy. On Tuesday morning I dropped the car off and, Nick, the gentleman who worked on my vehicle set to work immediately. He followed up with me midday to give me the final quote which came out at about 40% less than the original estimate! As anyone who has had experience with mechanics knows, this never happens. Usually you await that call like a nervous patient pacing around a doctors waiting room for a doomsday diagnosis, and when the call finally comes the diagnosis doesnt look good. Youre going to need a new bumper, hood, axle, breaks, engine, you should probably replace the upholstery and get a new pair of fuzzy dice while youre at and, oh, you also need a donor kidney. Not the case with my friends at Stavros who execute their business with the highest standard of ethics. I would need a new hood, bumper and grill. I chose not to add a paint job as I couldnt afford to part with any additional cash (lets be real, I cant afford to part with any cash! But you do what you have to do..), so they would be flat black parts on a shiny dark red Malibu (yes, its a thug Malibu now. And its awesome). I figured I might as well go with the two tone and embrace my inner badass. On midday Wednesday, Nick called to say that it would be ready to go by 2pm! When I got there not only did I find the car looking immaculate, way better than before the accident, but he also washed it down, vacuumed the interior for me, and pushed it thought to the front of the repair line because he knew that I didnt have a loaner car from ICBC. In conclusion, the team at Stavros, especially Nick, take customer service to new levels of epic that have possibly not been experienced since the glory days of 1950s full service gas stations where attendants would fill your car, check your oil, wash your windows, do your taxes and give you a full old fashioned straight-razor shave in under 5 minutes. These guys top that. I hope they are around for a long time and would recommend them to anyone!

Quality work and great customer service. I honestly cant praise these guys enough. Nick was straight forward with his estimate and assured me it wouldnt change much if any at all. Work was done in a timely manner. They even gave me a courtesy car for a couple days so I could still get around for work. This is the way business should be done. Thanks Nick & crew!

super helpful. honest. did great work. gave me my vehicle when he said he would. couldnt ask for anything more from an autobody shop. even took care of a couple other little issues on my truck for nothing. going to get an accident repaired is never fun but this is , I think, as good as it gets
