THEY FORGOT OUR ENTIRE WEDDING We booked Star Limo for my wedding, the most important day of my life. The company was supposed to pick-up my entire family, as well as myself and my groomsman, in separate vehicles to take us to the venue downtown. This was arranged well in advance and confirmed via e-mail several days beforehand. Fast forward to the actual day, everyone is nervous yet excited. That feeling quickly changed into panic though as the limo company forgot EVERY SINGLE PICK-UP. I’m not even going to get into details about what this did to me. My bride though was literally waiting in the back room of the venue with a full house and the groom along with his entire family is missing from the venue at the start of their own wedding. She literally thought that I had ran out on her on her wedding day. Mistakes do happen, and even though this one was couldn’t have been bigger and showed an egregious level of irresponsibility, we were willing to give the company the opportunity to make it right. Old Star Limo though gave us the proverbial middle finger and effectively told us that they weren’t willing to do anything for us. Literally, they caused an immeasurable level of panic and stress, almost ruining my entire wedding, and they could care less!! I guess they figured that it wasn’t their fault that they forgot to pick up their clients after sending them a confirmation. In short, if you have somewhere to go, people you need to meet, or require transportation for any reason whatsoever, I would not roll the dice with Star Limo. I would suggest you are better off tying your dog to a sled and giving him directions. At least that way you’ll be dealing with someone that cares about you when you don’t get where you need to go.

Terrible terrible terrible! I hired them for my wedding based on the great reviews. After confirming with Ajay a week prior to our big day, Star Limousine still screwed up our transportation for that day. The limo to take my parents and family home after the wedding did not show up. After calling the company, they told me that the vehicle had been canceled beforehand. My husband and I had to wait an hour for a taxi to come and pick my family up and take them home. Not exactly how we wanted to spend the first moments as a married couple. Also, Star Limousine told us that we had a "no show" at 10am that day...an order I had cancelled with them months ago. I had evidence of our confirmed trips, and I emailed them the receipts showing that they were at fault. Not only did they not respond to my e-mail, they called me 2 days later during our honeymoon asking us for a new credit card number. No apology, no explanation, nothing. Very disappointing and poor service. I do not recommend them to anyone. They easily could have messed up our big day if they made a mistake with our vehicles that was supposed to pick us up and take us to the wedding venue.

I gave this experience a 3/3, but I would give it higher if it was possible. I booked a limo a couple months back for a ride to the airport in June! My limo driver, called Jeff S was very professional, both in the way he acted and the way he dressed. He was punctual and extremely polite to me and my friends. We first got a ride to Dennys for breakfast, and then were supposed to get a ride from Dennys to the airport, but the limo driver noticed that Id be at the airport around an hour too early, so he offered to drive us around Stanley Park to look at some trees, which was extremely nice of him! Once, we eventually did get on the road to the airport, I was still around half an hour early, so the limo driver suggested we check out a nearby beach that he knows about called Iona beach! My friends had never been to Iona beach so we had a good time running around at the beautiful beach! It was very good, because it was my last chance to see my friends before my season-long trip! From there, it was about a five minute drive to the airport! This service was great, I would definitely book again with this company! No complaints.

I want to thank Star again for the excellent service. When my plane landed last week I discovered I had missed my flight, which happened to be the last one going back to Seattle. As it was a weather delay they would not offer me a free flight. I called and had excellent service from the moment someone answered the phone! They were kind and friendly with me, and I felt better about my situation - at a reasonable price they said the would drive me to Seattle no problem! They had someone to the airport in THIRTY MINUTES! - I hadnt even cleared customs yet! The vehicle was well maintained, freshly cleaned even had cool water awaiting me! I will definitely use this service again once I am in Vancouver again. The driver had customs papers for me to fill out and was very nice and professional! Even crossing the boarder went well and smoother then I would have expected. Will definitely be using this service again, and recommending to everyone I know!

Booked on-line using rates and information published on their website. Once booked, we got a phone call from the firm, telling us that, for our type of use, there was a) a four-hour minimum and b) the price was $50 higher per hour than the rates published. This "bait and switch" technique, I thought was illegal! "Sorry Maam, I dont set the prices" was the response. Of course, we cancelled the reservation (at least they were moral enough to do this!). We called another firm, who immediately booked us for the one hour we needed, at a rate under the published rates for "Star Limosine". Be very, very careful using these guys and shop around first.

A friend referred us to Star limousine. We were picked up in Port Moody and driven to the airport on our way to Hawaii. From the moment our driver picked us up to the second we were dropped off at the airport it was nothing but first class service! Our return trip home after our vacation was even better. Our flight was delayed 4 hours and when we finally landed we were beat. Our driver was there to meet us and drive us home allowing us to unwind and de-stress along the way. If you want good service for a reasonable price we would recommend Star limousine. Two thumbs up from our family!!

My wife and I visited Vancouver recently. This will be our last trip together, my wife is elderly and not in good health. We forgot our camera at the hotel. This wasnt a problem because our driver took it upon himself to take pictures of us. When we returned home he emailed the pictures to us. We were very impressed with the service and treatment that we received. I would recommend Star limousine to anybody who is looking for first class treatment from people who still care about something called service. Thank you Star limousine for making our trip to Vancouver so special!

I would like to thank you again for the excellent service you provide! I know we were only a short city tour and transfer for our family for a cruise vacation but you made us all feel so comfortable. Both drivers were very informative about the Vancouver area and offered a great narrative about the city sites. The cars were both on time (early infact) very clean and comfortable. Both drivers were polite and very helpful with my elderly parents. Thank you again, and if the need arises I will definitely use your company again.
