I feel I was a dump in this shop. I just did the 32k service there, it was terrible experience like another review by Johnathan. When I got there, the rep Raymond Li took out a large plastic wrapped board which shown the maintenance routine, a long list including changing transmission fluid and coolant fluid for 32k service(per the manual:engine oil change; brake service and fluid service; cabin air filter change). Then I questioned about the transmission fluid and coolant fluid change, Raymond said those two are not necessarily, all others including all 4 wheel drive system and brake fluid change were necessarily. Fine, this is my first awd car, got quote for $780 plus tax and I got a 10% discount per I requested. When I was waiting in the fancy lounge, I called another Lexus dealer and unfortunately there was nobody answer from service dept, then I left a msg. In the middle of the service, I got call from the dealer I called and got quote for $560+tax for 32k full service. I mentioned this to Raymond, he doubted what I said and explained they did more service items than other dealer. I was so stupid, and I was very busy on receiving and making phone calls at that moment, also the service was in the middle, I just made my mind, this is the last time I come here. Obviously, this dealers service price is either significantly higher than another, or they sold bunch of unnecessarily services to their loyal customers(I bought my car brand new from this dealer and serviced from day one, I drove 45 minutes and paid tolls to get there). I should mentioned another thing was: after I brought out the service price of another dealer, after half an hour i was told that there was a big head nail in one tire of my car. I was lead into the shop and checked it, the nail head is big(I forgot to take a picture) but was not shiny and the head was about 1mm to the rubber. When I drove my car to the dealer, I did not hear any noise from the tire at all. I drove 9 cars(not including renters) in Canada in The past 16 years with roughly 400k, this is the second time I got nailed in the rubber. Is it coincidence? I got free repair on the tire. At the end, Raymond tried to sell me a pair of front tires, he told that the tires inner edge almost worn out because the front wheel alignment is not right. I checked the tires still with more than 50% in the middle, and doubted why nobody in this shop told me about this before, I always did service here. 34k mileage, 26 months old car at normal driving, I need to pay for a pair of tires! Those guys just try to sell you more, not standing behind their customers. Every time I came here, my cars tire pressure had been adjusted with different number(35 or 36 or 37)shown on invoice paper. I think the guys in this shop are not professional at all, they dont know the right tire pressure per manual. Before you go to this dealer for service, check out this one first.

I cant speak for anyones experience but my own. I absolutely HAD to write down this review because I was shocked and amazed at how awesome Regency Lexus Service is. When I arrived in a taxi cab to pick up my brothers car I was greeted by Ryan and he insisted he pay the cab fair with a voucher (I absolutely had no idea that he was going to do this.)!!! Like what?! Really?! So kind and considerate of them to do that for me! Anyway, I had the car delivered by tow truck to Regency on a Tuesday because it was completely dead due to another mechanics mistake. Then the following day it was ready for pick up! They cleaned the inside and outside of the car to the best of their ability (they are fairly busy and again, I didnt know they were going to clean the car) however I absolutely appreciated it. I would most definitely recommend Regency to anyone looking to get their Lexus fixed. It was fast and convenient for me, I was out of there in less than half an hour. My experience was beyond awesome! 5 stars all the way!!

Performed maintenance service at this site last year for my RX400h. Yes it was a clean and modern shop and they gave me a loaner vehicle. The problem is I had visited them the previous week and the adviser told me they would install a torn seatbelt (I already had a replacement seatbelt) for me free of charge while they worked on my vehicle. Well guess what happened after they completed the service? The advisor there (not the same one from last week - the original advisor was nowhere in sight) told me it was more complex than they thought so they had to charge me for the installation! I really dislike dealing with people who tell you one thing and then change it afterwards. Even if it was a miscalculation from a supposedly knowledgeable service advisor, is it really worth recovering the extra $100 to lose my business over the long term? This was my first and last visit to Regency Lexus. Im going to give Jimmy Pattisons dealership on the North Shore a try for my next service.

Dont come to this Lexus service they are a bunch of losers. They have a bunch of young guys who barely knows what there doing. Same goes for the advisors. Try to get warranty work, they will find a way to say its normal. Like do your job and help the customers out, its not your money or store Lexus pays for it. Go to open road Lexus in Richmond point out the problem, boom they order parts and done. They actually listen to the customers and help instead of telling them its normal to squeak and make noises. On a side note, Adam who works there is actually very good but the rest cant say.

I am in the midst of my first car ownership experience with Lexus and I am routinely impressed with the level of service and customer care that I am provided with... that being said, its pricey. A routine 12-month service of my vehicle cost me over $300... which was a bit staggering and felt gouging to say the least. However, I do love the car and youve got to pay the upkeep for the performance. The staff here are exceptional, so I swallow the prices with a bit of honey.

Bring your owners manual to your service appointment. Dont do any service thats not on the list. Service Advisor=Sales. I just did a full service at 33000 km. They put a tag on my windshield for me to come back at 36000 km, while the owners manual says that service is only needed every 8000km. Find somewhere else to service your Lexus. They broke my summer rims that they were storing over the winter. I feel ripped off every time I came here.

To drive a Lexus car is exciting, but the experience to get my car serviced is enjoyable too at Regency Lexus Service Centre! Ryan Oliveros at the Service Centre is so informative that impressed me a lot. Very neat shop, very knowledgable staff -- this is one of the reasons I leased this second vehicle from Regency Lexus. Thank you, Ryan!

Took my 92 s400 there for an oil change in 2012. They failed to securely attach the splash guard under the engine and 2 days later it blew off while driving down the hwy. When i returned to ask them to put it back they refused to let me into the shop to watch them put it back on until i started complaining. Would never go back here.
