I was looking for a place to find a good trade in deal for my DODGE Caravan...emailed Pioneer Motors and got a very quick reply from Paul M. I told him that I was dealing with a Lexus dealership at that time, but he was still eager to try to earn my business. Paul sounded very nice over the phone and certainly not those annoying salesperson that just wants your business! I agreed to go see him on a Monday because he told me he would definitely beat the Lexus dealerships price. It took a few days to get the trade deal, but at the end everything went well. Definitely a place to go if you need some financing help with the banks! BIG thanks to everyone at Pioneer Motors to make it happen! So happy with the new Lexus!

My experience was great. They took time everyday for 3 days straight to help me get signed up and approved. I mentioned Starbucks and they offered to get it for me. Also what really impressed me was that when I needed to have a co-signer they drove out to his work to get the papers all signed and processed. If thats not customer service then I honestly dont know what is.
