Took my 2017 acura ILX A-SPEC for repairs to the trunk lid rear panel and had a scratch on rear window. Was VERY disappointed with the quality of the workmanship would NOT RECOMMEND PENDER AUTO. I arrived to pickup my car the FIRST TIME to find it dusty dirty looked like the just hosed it down the panel they painted had swerl marks all over IT opened the trunk bits of bondo all over the place. a make shift use antifreeze jug covered in bondo and a razor blade. After that I looked at the trunk lid a piece of trim that I had mentioned to them was not replaced and swerls in the new paint . They were very nice and said they would replace it I get the car home and wash it to find tape resins all around the rear window and two small dimples in the paint. So I go back two weeks later for the trim when I bring my car in its fully detailedjust cleaned the night before I show them the dimples in the paint they were very nice said would fix.go back to get my car car see them washing my car with a brush .my car has always been hand washed and dry its black so you have to. Already disappointed again look over looks ok get car home and take a good look new swerl marks all over the place and a deep scatch over the driver side back door. And thats the short version of my VERY DISAPPOINTED visit to pender auto body .was thinking about calling again to complain but I truly dont think I want to take my car back there .

Thanks for Google review, when I need to worry about which body shop to go in, and I got a very helpfully review, it helped me a lot, that why I need to give a review for the Pender Auto Body, just want to let other people to know about their good work, and should bring in your car to get it fix in Pender Auto Body. The Pender Auto Body did a very good job on my Acura TSX, Allan & Hung both were very friendly and helpfully at all the time, they will e-mail to you and let you know about the new update for your car, also after they finished your car, they will washed and wax your car and also did a nice clean up detail inside your car too. I feel liked a super service Auto Body shop in Vancouver, hey also they will give you a free cup too. (FREE) Good job to the Pender Auto Body, and keep up the good job.

What amazing service! I dont usually write reviews for any type of company. But here I will have to an exception for Pender Auto Body. I was referred to them by Burrard Acura, since my wife was a customer there. She had a minor fender bender. Ever since, and this is now 5 years ago, we are repeat customers. Both brothers, I believe that they are the owners, guided us through any paperwork with ease and helped us reviewing the details for the ICBC claim. The service was prompt, on time and everybody in the shop was super friendly. Every job they did was superb and without any questions professionally done. In short, I had a great experience at Pender Auto Body and can only highly recommend them.

Best body shop Ive been to and would recommend and return with no hesitation. Hung was great as he set up a loaner for us weeks ahead. He was great in communicating by email and showing us damage to our vehicle we were not aware of as we have a busy schedule with work and family. Went above and beyond to fix our fog light on our RDX damaged by a rock when we originally went in for a non related ICBC bumper claim. No hassles drop off and pick up. Our car looks great at pick up after wash & vacuum. We live in Surrey and would go back due to work and service. Great recommendation by Burrard Acura. Keep up the great work!

I am the owner of two older cars and take pride in making sure they both age gracefully. I will keep this short and say, Pender have always taken the extra step to make sure things were done right the first time. I had my front bumper and front spoiler re-sprayed and was particularly worried about masking off the grill and brake ducts properly. Overall, very happy with the job. Experts that I trust with my keys. Seems to be a family owned business that take the time to listen to their customers. A rarity these days.

My experience started out with them not giving me a courtesy car then not to mention it was a big job to be done but they didnt do a lot of things that they said they did on the icbc report. My alignment is so bad I have to constantly pull to the right to stay on the road, the stereo was all mangled as in not working, they side view mirrors are so loud when I adjust them and each day that goes by something else pops up.........wondering what will happen next!! LOW LOW RATING BAD SERVICE HIGHLY DONT RECOMMEND THEM

Hands down the best service in town. Ive dealt with many shops of varying types over the years, and Ive never felt so valued. The best part? This was a small ICBC claim. Most shops treat these as a gravy train, in and out, fix and leave. Pender detailed my car. The interior of the car. They did NOT have to do that, but they did it. I will never go anywhere else... regardless of the repair. If you want a solid local business thats conveniently located, go to Pender.

I had a wonderful experience with Pender Autobody where I fixed up my BMW 3-Series. From the get-go, Hung was super friendly and professional. He gave me a no-nonsense quote and accurate estimate of how long the work would take. The repairs themselves were absolutely perfect and I even got my car waxed and cleaned up inside. Hung was super friendly and attentive throughout the whole process. I would highly recommend this place.

Following a friends recommendation, came here for a scratched and dented door. They gave us an estimate that was substantially better than the estimates from other shops. They ended up fixing it for an even lower price, after they made an effort to find cheaper (but similar quality) parts. Also took great care of us when we had an issue with the rental care they gave us. Great experience.

The customer service and the excellent job they have done twice in the past few years deserves 5 stars all the way! My van looks like new, could never tell that it had damage, amazing customer service and the added touch of cleaning my van inside and out before I picked it up really made my day. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reputable body shop with outstanding service.
