it should be actually a BIG ZERO star, the worst customer service ever seen plus they wouldnt install on your vehicle anything else than their overpriced parts even tho i had my own, left me hanging for 3 days without even looking at the car and after i told him i will take the car to different mechanic he started complaining about the space in his lot and that i should clear the space and that if dont tow it right away he will do it.
