Initially I thought Modern limousine service was quite accommodating. They were willing to give me a deal as long as it was just a straight pick-up and drop-off. After negotiating with another company and getting the same rate for a full hour of service, I cancelled with Modern with more than 48 hours notice (the standard for most companies is 24). Their communication was vague, they would respond to my emails only answering one of many questions. and I decided to go with a more reliable company which I am more than entitled to to if I find a better price. I gave enough notice for the cancellation. When I called to confirm my cancellation I was yelled at told that I wasted 4 months of the companys time (we had only been in touch for a couple of weeks with a few emails) and the time they spent emailing me. The company continued to yell at me although I tried to explain that it had only been a couple of weeks since I contacted them, I tired to apologize but was continuously cut off and not allowed to speak. I dont care how many phonecalls, emails etc. that were exchanged, if I cancel with enough notice I definitely dont deserve to be yelled at. If you contact this company about a booking, be prepared to be treated poorly if you decide to cancel with plenty of notice. *** I am not sure how to respond to you response on my review but it is pretty dishonest. Feel free to go ahead and post the recording of our conversation if what you said is actually the truth, I have no problem with it.

Do not deal with this company. They lie, they cheat, and completely dishonest people. Mohammed + Mahmed contracted us to do some work on their limos. Their credit card wouldnt go through but promised to come back the next day with a cheque/cash to settle the bill. Then when you call them to come pay, they tell you "Ill drop off money tomorrow". Then you call them again and theyre too "BUSY". Then eventually they dont even answer your call unless you call from a blocked number and feed you the same BS. So whoever does work for these guys make them pay in ADVANCE. They have no integrity and will scam anyone they can.

I have ride most of the limousine company around the Vancouver city but Modern limousine service is one of the best around Vancouver. Staff over there are friendly, co-operative and best of all they provide latest fleet in a very cheap price and thats what I was amazed of. I would highly recommend any person to go with Modern Limousine, I am certain that you will be glad that you went to modern limousine and not any other limousine company. Thanks.

I called the company and the man assisted me, but he was rather rude to me after I simply asked a question about the price of a one hour limo and a two hour limo. He talked to me as if he did not want business and made myself feel rather bad for simply asking him a question. I would not recommend this company just because of the way they treat their potential customers- that is not how a business should be run.

I am very pleased that I contacted Modern Limousine. Actually I was in dilemma if I have chose the right limo company for my friends wedding party. But to my surprise they showed quite impressive work, the chauffeur were quite friendly and the limo are quite comfortable and luxurious. And we are happy since they offer such fantastic job at such reasonable price!!

It was hard to find a limo that would offer only 1 hour service for my wedding, most insisted on 4 hour minimum, but Modern Limo came through. They arrived on time, the limo was clean, and the driver was very nice. Id recommend.

It was a pleasure to get limousine service from Modern Limousine when I was for family visit in Vancouver. The chauffeurs were very friendly with us. Besides they were also very affordable and the price wasnt too much costly.

They FORGOT to come to the pick up from the ferry terminal to downtown. WHAAT?!?! Words like unreliable and incompetent seem generous. Take anyone else but dont trust these guys for any trip.
