DO NOT GO In all honestly it pains me to write a review such as this. The sales team is wonderful, and many of them are friends of mine. However, their business office manager ERIC LAW, incompetent, arrogant, his attitude is completely vile and inconsiderate of the customer. Needed to do a lease transfer messed up my application 3 times, had to spend time to come down to the dealer 3 times to resign papers. Today was the third day. He lied to his peers and to his superiors saying that he called me about the mistake and apologized to me personally. He never contacted me EVER. When i was in the dealer his attitude was sloppy and arrogant. He said and I quote " Its a mistake, it is what it is, are you going to sign and get this done or what? If you think its my fault then sure, it is my fault". Not a signal word of apology for wasting my time. Messing up the paper work and not feel a slight bit of shame as a industry professional. It is a sign of sloppy management, and more over i feel insulted. Im buying a car not a cabbage. Of all the other dealers i have dealt in town, never in my life have i been treated with such arrogance. The company MCL along with 4 wonderful luxury brands that MCL represents ought to feel ashamed about such conduct by its employee. and having someone like him to represent the brands which have built its reputation for a century of time. Its a damn shame.

By far the best luxury car dealership in the lower mainland. Staff are friendly and personable, professional but not afraid to joke around with you. My sales consultant Sara spent an entire day with me and helped me choose the right car for me, something Im not used to with other brands. Sales people dont forget you when you walk out the door and personally come to your home to pick up the car should something go wrong. Service reps remember details about you and always go the extra mile on products and services and most of all they are honest. If something goes wrong they fix it fast and correctly the first time and appointments are always available around my schedule. Ive bought three vehicles from MCL and will continue to do so - Id never shop anywhere else.

Took in two vehicles I hate and came out with two I love!! So happy to be part of the Land Rover family now. What really makes it so gratifying is the amazing sales experience my family and I received at MCL. We dealt with Sara Nowak on two sales and will do more in the future. Not only is she totally professional and knowledgeable about the vehicles, but she is so much fun and totally friendly. It was the best buying experience we have ever had. The whole staff at MCL is amazing (everyone pretty much got to know us and our little boy!) However, if you are looking for a sales person who is great to deal with, go to Sara Nowak. I know my family and myself can not wait to deal with her in the future again!

Bought a used Range Rover in Edmonton and took it on its first road trip to Vancouver. I stopped in to look around and ended up buying some accessories and really nice Land Rover winter jacket, the staff was pleasant and very helpful, I was really impressed when I was in the new car showroom looking around and even after I told the gentlemen I believe Dino was his name that I just bought a Range Rover a short while ago and wasnt there to buy a vehicle he still had a lot of patience to speak with me did not brush me off and even explained a few features on my sport that I wasnt aware of. Definitely recommend!

Good sales but the phone rings and rings for the service department! Then finally when answered I say I have technical question then Im hastly transferred where that phone rings and rings, comes back to reception (I think) then goes back on the merry go round until I finally hang up. If everyone there is so darn busy I hate to ask my question for fear I wont get a well thought out answer and be told to spend a good part of my day to bring the car in and be charged shop rates to get that answer. I will need to consider this when I purchase my next car, because this does not work for me!

The worst of all time. STAY AWAY..... Brought my S type Jag for a new key and it ended up costing me $1300 which I foolishly paid. The car now has trouble starting even after they replaced the ignition barrel and exciter ring. To which they said had to be replaced for the new key to work. I took the car to an independent and he replaced the PCM relay for $28 and the car is fine. These guys are professional rip off artists. stay away away away

Bought a 2012 range rover, experience was excellent. Everyone was super helpful and hustled to get things done efficiently... deal was fair and I love the vehicle! Dealt with Christy from Sales and Lee-Anne from the commercial office. Had one small issue and came back the next day and Dino was awesome! fixed the issues quickly and didnt charge me a cent.Very pleased. thanks guys!

Very Good Customer Service provided by the Service Department, even though sometimes it may take a little time to get the parts ordered in or approvals from upper management, but problems always get fixed and most importantly, theyre ON THE CUSTOMER SIDE and stand up to the LandRover reputation. Avoid, Avoid, Avoid. The Land Rover service group is a joke. They are arrogant and unhelpful. We gave them two chances before taking our business to another dealer. They were late, rude and unresponsive. When I confronted them about it they were unapologetic and unwilling to make amends. Not what you would expect in customer service at all!

Husband has tried many times to get the Land Rover service to help him, without any success. Terrible service department obviously. The owner reads these as they reply to the good comments and avoid the negative ones. What does this say about the car dealership? Very Poor and i would recommend you avoid this dealership.

As soon as I walked in I was greeted and I didnt have to wait long before a sales associate was on top of all my questions and concerns. The transaction went very quick but very informative and clear. Sara, my sales person has my business for life.

Ordered a small cover for the keyhole of my Land Rover. Was told I would get a call when it came in. Took awhile and a few emails, but they eventually went above the standard and delivered the cover. I am assuming this was an anomalous event.
