Zero is what I would give this company. I purchased a coupon to have rock chip repairs made. I phoned for an appointment last week and was told - Monday, May 19, 2014 at 10 am. We had 2 cars to have chips repaired on and are leaving for holiday on Thursday, so Monday was our only opportunity to get these repairs done. I woke my husband up early to get ready to drive our 2 cars down and have them repaired. We got there and no one was there so I called, thinking we were early. I was told, "Oh, none of our locations are open today - Its a holiday." Not a hint was EVER given to me that they would be closed on Monday, may 19th - Not EVEN ONCE Nor was a phone call made to me to alert me to the fact that they would be closed - Not even a message on the phone recorder! I woke my husband up early on his first day off for vacation, got us both in a car to drive separately to this business that had made an appt with me to find out that they were closed. I will NEVER go back, nor can I recommend this kind of business to the general public - The kind that takes it for granted that other peoples time and plans are insignificant! Unethical and lazy business owners operate this way and I will NEVER GO BACK - Trust is high on my list when it comes to using other peoples services - I wont tolerate it in my own business and I absolutely wont tolerate it in another business - NEVER! I want my money back for this sloth-like service - I paid for a coupon and I want my money back!

My name is Mark Redmond and I have just had the privilege of doing business with your Vancouver 1St Avenue crew; Grayson Sung, Mary Thomson and Christine Perdriel... I own a 1994 4 door 4 cylinder Toyota, single family car with only 155,000 Kl. I was struck by a vehicle in parking lot thus requiring my visit to Kirmac. I can only say that Graysons team of CSR are second to none. I am totally blown away by their true enthusiasm for the tasks at hand. The best customer service I have received in years!!!!! I do hope that the District Manager, whom ever, is well aware of what a fantastic team at the 1st Avenue location. More often than not people only write to complain but this is not the case. I firmly believe when a job is achieved with such high performance that the team should be recognized. So please forward my thanks for a job well done. And of course, the car..... Looks brand new as if coming off the car lot in September 94. My parents babied the car and so have I. Greyson Sung and the staff at Kirmac in Vancouver have CONSISTENTLY been diligent and accommodating with their work. This is the second time I have brought in a vehicle, this time with a broken windshield. I brought my car in first thing in the morning, was offered a ride to work. The car was ready by the time I was done work at 5pm, cleaned inside and out, with every detail taken care of. They even removed every sticker that was on the old windshield and placed it on the new one in the exact same spots. On the first car I brought in I had damage to the front and rear of the vehicle, and when I received the car back It was perfect except I found one small flaw that was INSTANTLY taken care of with a sincere apology. With warranties for the life of the car on both of these repairs and service that was truly outstanding, this is the only place I would bring any of my cars in the future. Bring your car here and you will not be disappointed.

I have been in the automotive business for 40 years of which 30 years has been in sales management. I take notice when I experience great service. From the second that arrived I was greeted with a smile and they made me feel comfortable.and addressed my concerns promptly and professionally. I dropped my vehicle off on a Wednesday and picked it up on Saturday. I received phone calls during that time giving me the status of what was being done to my vehicle and when I could expect to pick it up. When I picked my vehicle up on Saturday the work that was done was absolutely perfect. As I walked around my vehicle I noticed that the rest of my vehicle had been cleaned and detailed inside and out. "WOW" I am very impressed and will recommend this company to my friends and family. Grayson and his team are caring, honest, and very reliable. I brought my car here for significant repairs after an accident and they were 100% clear about what could be done and how long it would take. I felt very confident in their abilities and was given a very nice courtesy car while the repairs were underway. Communication was consistently excellent. The team kept me up to date on the repair status and when I could expect to receive my car back. It was delivered as promised and looked absolutely phenomenal. The paint is a perfect match, the interior is nice and clean, and the body looks practically brand new. They even fixed few little bumps on other areas of the car. Getting into an accident is never fun, but Kirmac took the stress out of getting my car repaired.

Kirmac in Vancouver has by far been the best experience I have ever had with a vehicle repair. They where very welcoming they have the highest level of customer service. Kennith, Jordan, and he manager Khang Hoang where very accommodating. My vehicle was not the most luxurious but they treated me like I owned a high end vehicle. There was a mix up with my ICBC claim and my first few days in a rental was unbillable but Khang took it upon him self to take care of me. I had constant updates that where not generic. Every single call I received was very professional and very personal. I wish to extend a very heartfelt thank you to Khang,Kennith, and Jordan who where very helpful!!!

These guys really gave me service. I had a windshield replaced as well as a regulator. They gave me a great price on the regulator job. The only problem was the first windshield that they installed was the aftermarket product covered by ICBC, and I felt it wasnt up to spec with the original BMW part. No problem, they swapped it out at no extra charge other than the additional cost for the part. My car was returned with an exterior / interior wash and the rides to work after drop off were a very nice touch. Service staff were friendly and seemed like they really cared.

I just want to say Excellence in Customer Service, I felt Kathy really cared for all my needs, informing me of the time it would take to do the job, following up with my Ins Co, took the time to answer all my questions in regards to the damage to my car phoned to let me know me know they could arrange the rent a car to make the transition virtually care free, running a business of my own and knowing the importance of Customer service I give them an overall 10 in all aspects of my Service Thankyou Kathy and all the Staff Great Job from Suzanne S.
