HIGHLY recommended!! Falko is awesome. He clearly explained to me what the process would be and when I could expect to hear from him with an update after a diagnostics had been run. The vehicle was ready the next day and I was THRILLED to find out it only needed a simple replacement switch. I was charged an hour service and the cost of the switch. The car was spotless inside and out. I was VERY happy with their service. I also found out that they too honor the extended insurance warranty I purchased so I have no doubt that in future Henneken Auto will be the only shop that will be wrenching my ML430. Also wanted to add that as a woman, I found Henneken and Falko in particular to be very "female friendly". Even with the limited knowledge of mechanics I have (I used to wrench my own motorcycles years ago when I was much, MUCH younger!!), I still find many service shops to be intimidating places. And there is always an issue of trust when you look for a new mechanic. Are they going to do a good job? Are they going to rip me off? Are they going to replace things that dont need replacing or repair? Am I really getting original factory parts or cheap aftermarket? I know that these are questions everyone asks, but as a woman looking for a new mechanic, these things are really important to me. Im always thankful when I can find a shop that has people who are able to talk to me at a level that helps me fully understand the problems and what needs to be done and in a way that is clear and not condescending or leaves me feeling like someone is "talking over my head". I was so impressed with my experience with them, that I would, without hesitation, highly recommend Henneken Auto. ;

When we needed to get our 2003 Mercedes SL 500 repaired it was a bit of a worry. Older car, that is overly complicated with its electronics and other bells and whistles. There were a bunch of things going on with it. We took it to the dealership, and another well renowned car repair shop in Vancouver, but no one really showed much confidence in being able to fix it. The dealership couldnt help us, and if they got any deeper into solving its problems, they would have charged us an arm and a leg. So, I found henneken and they fixed all of it. One look at it and Hans (the owner I believe) had a comprehensive list of things that had to be taken care of. I dont know what it was about him, but I felt confident he was a straight shooter and I could trust him. Very clear on what was wrong and what had to be done. After the repair, I was extremely happy driving the car back home from henneken, it was running like a charm. The sun was out. I put the roof down. It was a fantastic day. If you have a Mercedes Benz or a BMW, then henneken is the place to take it. A little secret: the guy at the Mercedes Benz dealership actually mentioned henneken to me under his breath.

I took my Mercedes S500 to Henneken on Marine Dive and oak st, as I was having problems with my ABC suspension. They took me in very quickly and found the problem to be the ABC pump. They replaced the pump for a lot less than what I expected (and certainly a LOT less than the dealer quoted me). Really fast service. Their shop is very clean, and one of the few places in BC where their technicians actually know what they are doing on Mercedes cars (They have the most up to date STAR system to read codes, etc). At first I thought their specialty was older german cars, but it turns out they also work on new cars as well. They had quite a few new Mercedes vehicles (2010 +) on their lot. Great Service, great customer service.Ill certainly be taking my cars there from now on.

Hans is very knowledgeable and an expert in fixing the Mercedes. (I am sure he is equally good with all European models). I took my ML500 for service and had a great experience with professional service he provided. He walked me through the process of finding the problem, quoted me and fixed it in a very timely fashion. He even showed me the parts being replaced. He also did overall inspection for no extra cost. Clean, modern and professional auto shop with superb service, and very friendly staff. I am so impressed with my experience with them, that I would, without hesitation, highly recommend Henneken Auto, Thanks Hans.

Took our 3-series to Henneken after being quoted $500 by the dealer to replace a failed headlight bulb. Hans and team charged us virtually the same amount for both headlights as well as a few rear lights that were also burnt out. While in the lot our, our X5 generated a "Parking Brake Malfunction" and Henneken actually came out to read/reset the codes and unlock the brake - all at no charge. Great service - thank you Henneken!

Well, they can fix cars, but its costly, maybe overpriced for the service than dealership. It does not make sense for me to bring car over again as they charge more than dealership. their repair skill is good, service is average but they do quote price also explain what have to be repaired and how to repaired. it is alternative place only you are on rush to fix the car without waiting for appointment at dealership.

Bring my benz to the shop, had ABS/ESP inoperative, and shift gear problem occasionally. Fixed the ABS problem by replace sensor on one wheel and reset the alarm to re-confirm the possible cause of badtransmission parts. Diagnostic and replacing ABS cost me less than 600, which I think overpriced. Other than that, technical part should be OK.

Hands down the best German car repair shop in BC. Ive been coming here since 2013, and have always received exceptional service and top-tier work. Sometimes theyre a little backed up due to demand (especially on A/C jobs during heat waves), but thats to be expected. If you want your Mercedes or BMW to get the best, take it to Hans!

Hanss shop is hands down the best place in the Lower Mainland to take your German car. He provides better service and workmanship than Mercedes stealerships while charging 20% less for labour. If you care about the Mercedes or Porsche you own, youll take it there. If you own a BMW, Audi or VW, youll take it there often. ;)
