My Car was Hit and Ran and it needed some repairs. Noticed that Grandcity had great Autochex Ratings, if you didnt know that means they are the top 4% in service reviews for all of North America. Called them up, booking was really easy, they helped me with my claim and booked a time to drop off. It took a couple of days, but they lent me a courtesy car. When I got my car back a few days later, it looked like the accident never even happened. Thanks Grandcity for the great service!

Very disappointing customer service. I wanted to use Grandcity to get a vandalized rear window fixed because there was also some minor damage to the inside of the car. I called ahead and was told by the receptionist that this wouldnt be a problem but when I showed up with my car, an employee told me not to worry about the interior damage to my car and that I just need to take it to a glass shop. I was basically told that my job wasnt important enough for this shop to deal with.
