Ferrari Maserati of Vancouver has exceeded all my expectations of customer service. This is a dealership that will go above and beyond for their clientel to ensure that they are 110% satisfied with their purchase and service of their vehicles. Prices are fair for the products sold and services performed. Special mention goes out to my service advisor Mr Jessie Minhas who has not only taken exceptional care of my vehicle, but took the time to explain all the work required and kept me informed with constant updates. I read the reviews on google and was scared to go into the store, but the reviews were wrong. A super nice salesman/sales staff greeted me and the receptionist was a very nice lady. Ended up getting a Maserati. Besides price, there really shouldnt be any problems fro anyone.

Very professional, and polite. I am a Farrari fan, but at this moment I am far from owning one. The dealership was very kind in allowing me in a viewing the cars. I was able to ask questions to staff and not feel like I was out of place.
