I was almost run off the road by one of this companys drivers, driving a Mercedes Sprinter with license plate ending in 1195. On June 30, 2016, around 5:30pm, I drove down the on-ramp of Knight St. Northbound to SE Marine Dr. Eastbound in Vancouver. As I took my exit, I noticed the Mercedes bus in the centre lane. Suddenly as I braked for traffic lined up on the ramp, I looked in my mirror and this huge van was barrelling down on top of me - so fast I had to pull off onto the adjacent bike lane so that there would be enough room for Excels limo van to stop without hitting me. I looked over at the driver, saw the name, and license plate on the van, who proceeded to turn away, drive through a bus loop (illegally), and then make an illegal right turn onto SE Marine Eastbound to speed ahead of traffic. I followed, and watched as the van (which was taller than most of the other cars on the road) sped away, weaving through traffic, signalling right then cutting in to the left, speeding and generally driving like a maniac in heavy rush hour traffic. I honestly thought about calling the police. Eventually the driver ran a light to make a left turn at Kerr street, and disappeared from my view. After seeing your driver drive so aggressively and commit so many traffic violations, I know that I would never hire your company to drive me, or even my worst enemy. I cant imagine why anybody else would either. P.S.: I only gave this 1 star so that I could post this review. If I could Id give zero!

The Best! We booked Howies team for our wedding on July 16th. He came highly recommended by our decorator/floral designer. He himself was very courteous and helpful when we went to check out his vehicles way back last year and even more so in the time leading up to the event. He answered emails very promptly and was always so nice. Also nev er had an issue getting him on the phone either. We had two different drivers for the wedding. We had Dwayne for the pre-wedding pickup and dropoffs for our photo shoot beforehand. He was super accomodating and as our photographer put it, "much more willing to do anything to please us than anyone they have seen before." He was on time for every pickup and dropoff and he even provided us with a wedding mix on cd since we didnt have anything prepared. After the wedding we had Bob pick us up in a Suburban (we had booked a towncar, but got upgraded for free, perhaps the towncar was in the shop I dont know). He was pretty early for the pickup and helped us get the bags we needed for our hotel stay into the trunk. And then he patiently waited while we returned to the reception for a last 15 minutes of dancing. He even said he appreciated how quick we had been LOL! He drove us to the hotel and wished us a congratulations. I wish Howie and his team all the best in the future and I will recommend him to everyone I know who needs some kind of limousine service. We needed a limousine during our wedding day so I did some research on Yelp. Found Excel Limousine Service, along with a few other limo service companies based on their reviews. Emailed all of them around the same time, Howie was the first one that replied, pretty much right after I sent the inquiry. I was definitely impressed when I received a response at 11PM. From there on, Howie had always been efficient replying my questions, and his price was also the most reasonable one, so I decided to move ahead with him. We drafted a itinerary with multiple trips to move our out of town guests from their hotels to the venue, and also made several changes before it was finalized. Howie was extremely patient and acknowledged very quickly each time when a change was sent to him. Nazz was our driver on our wedding day, he arrived on time and was punctual which made sure we were on track with the plan. He was also super nice and easy to work with. We ended up adding one more trip before his shift ended as it started to rain when we finished our photo shoot. We called and he came to pick us up within minutes, and we were able to arrive at the venue on time rather than being stuck in the rain. Also, did I mention the vehicle was in great condition both the inside and outside? I will recommend Howie and his crews to everyone that are looking for a reliable limo service company.

Overall, the limousine service provided was fantastic. The driver (Andy I believe) was extremely polite and patient with our group. The group arrived about 20 minutes after the set time, and Andy patiently waited the entire time, and was still very friendly with us. Driving to the location was very comfortable, the seats were nice and the provided water was enough for our group. I was also impressed by the way Andy didnt mind our choice of music and singing at all. Once we arrived at the destination, I realized I had forgotten some of my belongings in the limo. As soon as I called Andy to come back, he did so very quickly and I did not have to wait long at all. After the event, Andy had no problems driving us around to very scenic locations after we requested that we be driven around to run the rest of our allotted time out. Once again, all in all, the service was excellent, and our driver was extremely professional.

We used Excel Limousine for our wedding 3 months ago. I actually hired them because my friend that got married a month before me (which I was a bridesmaid for) hired them as well!! Their drivers are so friendly and helpful. It was pouring for my friends wedding and we, the bridesmaids, were constantly grabbing stuff out of the trunk. Not only the driver was happy to pop the trunk for us each time, he was holding multiple umbrellas at once so we dont get our hair messed up lol that made me decided to use them for my own wedding day On my wedding day, it was snowing so we had to make some changes to our schedule but the driver arrived at our destinations on time and was really accommodating. I highly recommend using Excel Limo!

OUTSTANDING. Excel Limousine truly contributed to my stress-free wedding day. I needed a limousine on my wedding day to take me and my bridal party from our hotel in downtown Vancouver to the wedding venue in Richmond, and then to the reception back in downtown. I was very impressed with the drivers professionalism and how punctual he was. All of my bridal party were comfortable and enjoyed the experience. Moreover, being a bride planning my wedding from a distance, we were a bit late to ride the limo (two times) due to miscalculating the wedding schedule. The driver was very friendly and helped adjust the schedule without any problem. I’d highly recommend Excel Limousine for reliable and high quality service!

Flawless Experience. We booked with excel limo recently for our wedding on June 2015. There were one of the limo companies that replied to our email promptly and provided the most reasonable pricing. The service was excellent, with the driver arriving early at our townhouse complex. He even helped us with decorating the car, opening the trunk, transporting and unloading our fragile wedding decorations with the whole bridal party. The limo was clean (outside and inside) and refreshments were provided during the hot day. Knows the Vancouver area well and we got to our destinations ahead or on time without trouble. Thanks Howie! Would recommend to our friends.
