This is my second incident with enterprise. This is time with Mustafa Mukhle. Here is what happened, I reserved a full size car and I had to wait for one hour and 45 minutes to get the car. Once I approached the desk, I asked him if the car he has a full size or not. He said a full size car and is the only car I have, I said ok lets continue the process. After that I went to see the car and I got surprised the car was a compact car(kia soul). So I returned to him and told him but he kept arguing with me that it is a full size car. I am so angry and upset because he laid to me. I also showed him on the website that it is a compact car but he said it is full size. Second lie was, when another costumer came and rented a car. I told him you just said my car was the only car you have but now there is a another car. I am so disappointed with the service and the employees attitude. He laid to me twice and on top of that he tried to deceive me. As we know a full size car is a bit more expensive than compact one. VERY VERY DISAPPOINTED and I think mustafa needs to learn some manner

I dont normally leave reviews for rental car companies, but the branch manager Mo absolutely delivered stellar customer service and went above and beyond for us! We didnt realize that they close at 3pm on Saturday and had finished our meeting at 3:30. We showed up and were trying to figure out what to do and he popped out of the back on his way out for the day and with a smile and total genuine generosity, he turned his system back on and helped us get our car, saving us a lot of dreaded planning and time and headaches. The cherry on top of everything was how sweet he was about the whole thing. He was even late for a date with his gf and gave us zero grief. This guy is going places, he should be promoted for a phenomenal approach and hopefully others will take note from him and deliver a fraction of the care he does. Thanks Mo! We will be back!

The canadian hospitality is more than just a saying! We had planned this trip to whistler for the whole weekend ( all hostels booked and paid) but were late to the car rental office Alamo/Enterprise in Canada Place. When our trip seemed to be over, we stumbled upon the Branch Manager Muhammed R.Mayyazhi, and our trip came back to life! He stayed with us well past the closing time until the guys who had booked online the car came ( almost 40 min later than expected ). In the end, we managed to got our rental and a true 5 star experience! We totally reccomend this business -professional, understading and caring.

I rented a car from this location, and Muhammed (branch manager) handled my reservation. My office reserved a car at this location instead of the airport, and I had to travel to this location after a long day of travel; it was very tiring. When I arrived at this location, Muhammed met me with a smile, handled my transaction quickly, and recommended an excellent restaurant close to my hotel. He even called me the next day to check if everything was ok! World class service! Thank you Muhammed; I will recommend this location to anyone I know who is traveling to Vancouver.

I dont normally write a review but I was impressed one of your employees. He helped my wife for signing a contract last month, and also helped us on the vehicle return process. So sorry that we are bad at name. He was tall and a sharp looking with short hair guy(Hon). He was very quick, and professional. He asked the only questions that we had to provide since we were in a bit hurry to catch up the ferry. We both were happy with the service form this location. We would like to say thank you for the great service from your guy.

Had the pleasure of renting a Full Size Vehicle from this location. Got a brand spanking new Camry. Staff were excellent and courteous. Thumbs up to the branch manager Muhammed R Mayyazhi. His professionalism and dedication to customer service shows up through the entire operation and his staff. I normally do not write reviews on car rental places but the experience in this location is 5 STARS!!!!

The only problem is there is no direct phone for this location. I called all the numbers for this location, and got directed to the automatic response system. I wanted to add insurance and add second driver at this location by phone, but never succeeded. The only thing I can do is go back to this location myself and do it face-to-face.

Brutal experience returning our rental car here. They said they found a rock chip on our windshield ( 100% was there when we picked car up, it was documented but they said this was a new chip). Manager said he would look into it records from pick up and call me or email me back. That never happened and they charged my credit card.

Fantastic experience with Enterprise at this location! The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. I upgraded to a full size, Toyota Camry, for only a few dollars more. The car was in excellent condition. The manager, Muhammed, went above and beyond with customer service. I would absolutely recommend renting a car here.
