They recently did a front bumper repair on my 2005 Mercedes ML500 and I am very pleased with the process and work. Mike Lazaro was the estimator. Initially it was just a single crack in the middle of the bumper, but once the bumper was removed he found additional damage and took it upon himself to contact ICBC and have the extra work authorized. In addition their staff buffed out a large black mark on the side rear panel, installed an interior panel covering the interior cabin air filter, and handed the car back to me all washed and ready to go. Their staff kept me in the loop throughout, whether it was to inform me of additional work, or to tell me about delays, or to give me a time to pick the car up. Very pleasant, and I will not hesitate to recommend their facility.

EXCELLENT!!! If I could I would give them 6 stars.I got into accident in seattle and I picked this shop because it was near a station, and read the review here. The while transition was so seamless, the staff is great! When I arrived there they informed that my insurance would cover a rental, they call me to give me their status in the car, and they finished a day before the expected date. When I picked up car the damage was fixed, but found a scuff mark on 1 of the doors, and I told the staff and they fixed it for me within 10 minutes. Very happy!, and they left some goodies in the car, I will always go back there because of my experience. thank you craftsman.

HORRIFIC EXPERIENCE!! For a simple bumper repair took me 3 weeks to get the car scheduled only for a quote, another 1 week for getting it in, another 3 days for paint. Cost was 1650 CAD. Result? Worse than a sprayed paint which would cost 280 bucks from a mobile paint shop. Paint bumps, residue of spray all over the place. Had to wait for another 2 weeks just to deliver the car back, now after 5 business days still waiting... Called 4 times all I get is BS and no real work getting done. Just take your car somewhere else.

I picked up my 2004 Envoy from the 6th and Yukon St. location in Vancouver yesterday. It was in for repairs from an accident. I was updated regularly on its status and the staff were friendly and professional. My car looked awesome!- not only fixed but whistle-clean inside and out – and with a gift on the seat – set of pen, flashlight, tire gauge. That’s going above and beyond! Would definitely recommend them – this customer is very happy!
