What a great experience! “Cosmos Collision Repairs” is one of the few remaining true auto repair shops: It aint fancy, theres no plush waiting room with free coffee, and youre not going to be met by a concierge……. Cosmos is it! You know that dream mechanic that is forthright, honest, and reasonably priced? Well, youve found em! Ive taken my VW Passat there to change the Head light lamp. I saved over $300 by taking my car to Cosmos. Ive worked with these guys few times now and have always had a good experience. I thought I was going to have to buy a new Bulb for my car and they replaced the bulb and didnt even charge me, which really helped build the trust. They had my job completed in an extremely timely manner and alerted me to other issues on my car without pressuring or selling me on them. Literally the BEST place you can go to get your car taken care of! You can trust them to do a great job at a great price with a super friendly attitude. Time and again they have proven to really care about me as a customer and not the money. They are sympathetic to your needs and your situation and want to help. And where other places have failed, these guys have always done a perfect job and really seem to strive for that. They get to know you after a while and feel like a friendly helpful neighbor and friend. I have never been so happy to take my car into a shop!

First off I dont trust anyone with my truck. I bought it brand new 2 years ago and the first person to scratch it was the dealership first oil change. I change my own oil now, it sucks. Anyway my friendly neighbour decided to drive his car across my bumper, it sucked. So I cant paint it. I looked around and trusted no one. People said a lot of good things about Cosmos, I figured..I got to get it fixed, so I hope the reviews arent BS. I went in totally friendly guys, gave me a lot of confidence about how they were going to fix it. But the proof is still to come right..... I picked up my truck...F**kin RAD, Im very happy...looks perfect and he even buffed out another parking lot biff no charge and cleaned it. So long story short my neighbor sucks but Cosmos are awesome. If you love your vehicle and trust no one, but cant do body work.....take it to these guys youll be happy.

I had an amazing experience with Cosmos. After the accident, one of the first things that crossed my mind was: what will I do without a car/how long will it take to get it fixed? I called about 20 autobody shops (mainly big name ones like Craftsman and Kirmac) to see if they would provide a rental, and was quoted a minimum of two weeks to start repairs and get a courtesy car. Then I called Cosmos and spoke with Joseph, who committed to providing me with a same-day rental - even before seeing the car and before ICBC gave the confirmed go-ahead. My car was repaired quickly and looked better than it did before the accident! They even went above and beyond to paint over a large (unrelated) scratch I had on the side of my car from a parkade pillar (hate those things!). Nothing but raving reviews for this place. Highly recommended.

While sitting in my car in the parking lot of Metrotown I watched as someone backed into the side of my front bumper with their motorcycle. Being that I drive a black Mercedes I was really worried about where and how to fix it. The person who hit it offered to pay for the repair without having to go through the hassle of icbc and had been quoted $450 to paint the bumper. So I brought my car in and had Jason to take a look at it, after inspecting it he immedielty got out a buffer with some liquids went to work. To my amazement like magic the scratch was completely gone, the spot even looks better than before. I asked him how much? And that either I or the person who hit me would pay, and he refused to accept any money. A great job and free, how is that possible? Thank you so much Jason, I will always recommend you guys!

Admitedly Im a car nerd and love my vehicle. So after researching all the shops around Vancouver, I took my vehicle into Cosmos for front corner body damage repair. From the take-in, i was under the impression that Im good hands. We assesed the damage and set realistic expectations around a timeline. Where I was pleasantly surprised was that they called me twice in the four days my car was there to no only check in on progress but consult with me. However, the service goes above and beyond where they touched up a few other chips and a scrape on my vehicle that were not part of original claim. When I went to pick it up they spent the time to go over every procedure that was performed in detail and showed me on the car. Overall this was a great experience and I would recommend Cosmos to family and friends.

I had a minor accident where the bumper on my 1995 Mazda Miata was pushed out of shape and scratched as well as a broken signal light. I saw the reviews for Cosmos Autobody ant took it there. I had an appointment with Jason who offered excellent customer service. He had a courtesy car ready for me and told me he would call to let me know the extent of the repair. Jason called me later that day and gave me a time frame. He called again 2 days later to tell me my car would be ready that afternoon. Wow that was quick. When I showed up to pick up the car, I couldnt believe how great it looked. The shop had detailed it in and out and polished it up for me. Jason told me they replaced the bumper rather than trying to repair it. Awesome. Thanks Guys

I just had my first experience with Cosmos. I decided to bring my car into their shop, based on google reviews. I had a crumpled front fender due to a hit-and-run. The first thing I noticed was the great customer service. Joseph greeted me and explained the work needed to be done. A courtesy car was also arranged by the shop. When I went back to the shop to pick up the car, it was washed and vacuumed. It looks immaculate! I could not tell there was repair done on the fender. Customer service is excellent throughout my experience with them. The staff was happy to answer any questions I had. The workmanship is excellent. It shows their attention to details. I cant think of any reason to give these guys less than 5 stars.

I brought my BMW to Cosmos. It was my first time dealing with icbc and any kind of auto body repair. Joseph walked me through the whole process with ease. He had a car rental company all set up for me when I finished all my paperwork. They came to pick me up from Cosmos and drove me to get a vehicle. Joseph went above and beyond. He kept me up to date with the repairs and I felt the whole process was stress free ! My car came back gorgeous. It looked better than ever :) . My interior was wiped down and everything was spotless Getting into my first accident was awful but I am so thankful that I went to Cosmos because of the excellent service I received I highly recommend Joseph and his team at Cosmos
