Not super impressed. Showed up in the morning to test drive a gti, came back that afternoon to buy the car. I was given their inspection report showing nothing wrong with the car and was told no accidents. After the deal was made and we were sorting out the paperwork, the carfax report was given and showed a collision for a few thousand and the car had been broken into. The buying process was taking so long I decided it wasnt a huge deal and proceeded. On the drive home (almost 4 hours, Im from the interior) I started to realize all the issues with the car. The automatic window function was broken in the rear windows, the electronics on the driver seat wouldnt engage, and something in the cabin was making a very strange clicking noise. The next morning I decided to drive to Vancouver very early to have the problems dealt with. Showed up at the dealer around 9am and told them everything that was wrong. They denied everything, but once I showed them they seemed reluctant. I was told the mechanic was not in yet, but they would call me as soon as he was in. I waited all day in Vancouver, but never received a call. I phoned them an hour before closing, but my call was never returned. So I got to drive the 4 hours back home. The next day I called, and was told the mechanic was busy all day. Complete garbage excuse for completely forgetting my existence. They said just bring the car back in and theyll look at it. Easier said than done when you live 8 hours round trip away. Took it to a local independent VW shop the next week for a servicing, and was quoted over 1000$ for the electronic repairs, not including the strange clicking noise. They also noticed a slight bulge in the lower driver door. Turns out the wrong sized screw was poking through the door. Under further investigation, it turns out the door of the vehicle was heavily damaged and the shop that repaired it did a piss poor job. The damage was enough that it has put the body of the car out of alignment. I tried two roof racks for the car, but both the VW and Thule rack couldnt fit the car properly because of the alignment issue. With the racks on, the door wont seal and water will pour in. The mechanic said the quality of the repair job was indicative of a shady shop where damages and repairs dont show up on history reports. Had the car actually gone through an inspection (like advertised) this easily would have showed up. So either no inspection was performed or the dealership was withholding information to try and make a quick profit. So my gti can never have a roof rack and now the paint has started to flake where the bulge is from the screw, which will soon turn to rust. Moral of the story. 1. Company of cars doesnt stand behind what they sell. 2. If you dont buy a 100,000$ car, they treat you like youre an inferior. 3. Their "101 point inspection" is a joke. They seem more concerned with choosing the best filter to make the photos of vehicles look good rather than a thorough inspection.

The worst experience Ive ever encountered in my whole life of buying automobiles. The sales staff was by far the rudest people let alone sales people ive had to deal with. Very edgy and pushy. They discriminate after they pull up your credit history. If youre owing money or have a poor score they will not even give you direct eye contact. Let me explain how so. It all started when I found a vehicle online via craiglist. captivated by the professional photographs i decided to book an appointment and see the vehicle in first hand myself. When i arrived at the dealership i wasnt even greeted. i walked through the doors myself, asked or assistance and to view the bmw x6 i was inquiring about. The salesman did the usual sales man talk saying it was "mint" no accidents and the typical "trying to sell me" talk. i was honestl quite interested so after agreeing on the accident the vehicle had an the lease return it was I went to speak with their finance manager. BY FAR THE RUDEST, DISCRIMINATIVE LADY IVE EVER HAD TO DEAL WITH IN MY LIFE! she asked for my sin number to pull up my credit history. she than didnt even bother to explain anything and i was extremely bothered knowing that id loose points since she pulled up my credit score. she than told me shed get back to me the next day and shed try to work on my credit for me. THE NEXT DAY i waited ALL DAY. nothing happenned. not a single phone call from either the sales or from the finance. she promised to let me know by noon if it was a go or no go. come on thats the least she could do after pulling up my history. Her name is Christine Yoon. she acts like shes the owner of the dealership, most likely because shes dating the owner. I had to call her back that following night an asked her what happened to her saying shed call me. she didnt even pick up and responded with an SMS text message saying," ive been in a meeting. you didnt get approved." no explanations what so ever or no sorrys. i replied with, " theres nothing you can do? you couldnt take 30 seconds to call and tell me that by phone? extremely unprofessional. ive already spreaded the word on this dealership and FINANCE MANAGER. save your time and dont even look twice at this dealership. Theres thousand other dealers out there with the exact same cars. DONT BE FOOLED BY THEIR PROFESSIONAL PHOTOSHOP PICTURES! i wish someone told me this before i stepped foot in that dealership. save your time and stress! you dont deserve to be treated that way when youre trying to buy vehicle. It should be a fun, comforting experiece!

I just went ahead and purchased a 2012 Mercedes C 350 (midnight blue) from these folks last night. To be honest, I was a little apprehensive at first due to a couple of the negative reviews. I loved the vehicle so much that I opted to drop in and check them out regardless. Having purchased many many many luxury vehicles in the past, I know how the process works and have dealt with many reputable dealers in my past. I am still however, just a consumer and am susceptible to many things. I wanted to write this review to say that the end to end experience from Sales (Hugo and Jerry) all the way to financing (Christine) was absolutely top notch. It was a complete package in terms of comfort, knowledge, assistance and low pressure. At NO point was I forced to make a move I wasnt ready to make, nor were they in any way apprehensive to allow me to be a "window shopper" or "test driver". It was this approach that solidified my decision to purchase. When I went to deal with Christine in financing, she couldnt have been any more caring and understanding to my situation. She came up with a solution and financing option that met MY needs.. not the dealers to ensure this sale. The fact of the matter is, she LITERALLY JUST got off a flight (vacation), and came in to close out my deal. How can you ask for anyone more caring and attentive to MY needs then that? To the reviewer that wrote both of the negative reviews (its very obvious by the similarities in language and cadence): I feel sorry for you. I genuinely believe that if your experience was how you say... it must have been on some random occurrence and you clearly have no idea how to make a purchase of a luxury automobile, nor do you have the ability to find anything constructive in your day to day life. You are CLEARLY one of those keyboard cowboys that needs attention pointed at yourself because you have an inability to think of anyone else except yourself. To ALL: This is BY FAR one of the best in the lower mainland, and I would feel comfortable sending my closest friends and family to these guys for their next purchase. When the time comes, I will definitely purchase from them again. Thank you Christine and to ALL @ Company of Cars for making this an incredibly memorable purchase. Also, anyone looking for a Mercedes... all I have to say is WOW... what an amazing automobile. Hands down one of the nicest vehicles I have had the pleasure to own :) Ken.
