First off, the hospitality from the start was impressive. My salesman Diddy walked outside, greeted me and welcomed me to the dealership (not like other dealerships where you have to go inside looking for someone to say hi to you). He was personalble, friendly, very open refreshingly honest, going as far as to show me the dealer invoice pricing to prove what they could actually do for me, even though it wasnt a dealer invoice pricing event!! Jason the sales manager came over to ask how things were going and if he could help. I gave them some bottom numbers & we haggled for a bit back and forth and they gave me some great options, however I wasnt even there to buy a car, and they didnt even know this. When I told them the truth they thanked me for my time, asked if I wanted water or coffee before I left, and both salesman shook my hand and we joked around a bit before we left with smiles on our faces thinking "man we didnt even come to buy a car, and even held the truth and they still gave us amazing service when we told them no", but when we want to buy a car 100% were coming back here!! Because when you find a salesman like Diddy and a Manager like Jason, and you can be brutally honest with them, without any change of their character or attitude, thats a rare thing in our world full of money hungry people pushing you to make purchases that you may regret. Ive bought a number of cars and never had an experience that made me want to purchase from a dealer. This one changed the way I think. Buy from these guys!!! You wont regret it.

Bought our new (to us) car here. We works with Didier Radano who took us out test driving a number of different aged Escapes. The whole test drive experience was great. He was easy to talk to, very knowledgable about the cars and didnt come across pushy or imposing. The whole test drive experience was very fun and had the feel of chatting with a friend as we tried out different vehicles. We couldnt find exactly what we wanted that day but we gave Didier our "wish list" for a newer (2015 or 16) Escape and told him we were not in a rush. Over the next few weeks he sent emails with cars that came into the dealership that met our checklist - sadly one sold before we could get in to check it out but eventually (within a month) the car we were looking for showed up. The negotiations of the car were smooth and we were happy with both the value of the car and our trade in price. Only downfall was picking it up on the last day of the month (due to our schedule not theirs - they were ready a few days earlier) it was really busy so completing payment and getting insurance involved a short wait. I would recommend Coastal Ford and in particular Didier if you are in the market for a Ford.

I would like to commend Elizabeth Parker, the sales person whom I dealt with when I visited Coastal Ford. Over a three week period, I visited Kia, Toyota, Honda, Nissan, Chevrolet, Mazda, Hyundai, and a Ford dealer (not Coastal). After dealing with more than a dozen sales person, I met Elizabeth. She made my buying experience pleasant and simple. She was very personable, and has a keen ability to listen, as well as trade stories with customers, which I can tell you is a rare skill. She is a professional sales person, not a mere order taker. Elizabeths attention to details, and efficient presentation was singular during my three week search for a new car. I was very impressed with the test drive where her practiced, yet considerate and personable patter & routine introduced me to the cars features, but still allowed me to experience the car without undue interruption. A fine balance, and expertly done. I had already decided to buy the Focus before walking through the doors, but I had not yet decided to purchase it at Coastal. Elizabeth easily convinced me that Coastal was the place that I wanted to do business with.

I had a very bad experience with my ford windstar as I took it for a repair on power steering..., they replaced couple of parts in no need to be changed and charged me $ 917,00 ....???!!!! On the top of that the services representative was overwhelmingly disrespectful and unapologetic ,unscrupulously defying closer to a street gangster than a thrust worthy rep ....!!!!!! But in the end he really proved himself as the lowest class of all human kind and he simply destroyed my car in a last attempt to clean his already criminal face : as they didnt fix my power steering they tried to blame the" rack and pinion "( perfectly good just before I entered the premises of Coastal Ford ) and destroyed the rack and pinion ONLY SO THEY CAN CHARGE ME $ 650 MORE TO THE SATISFACTION OF THEIR CRIMINAL TENDENCIES...!!! THEY DIDNT LET ME WATCH THE PROCESS, THEY DID NOT SHOW ME THE OLD PARTS BUT THEY CHARGED ME $ 917 ANYWAYS AIMING FOR MORE to steal ....!!!!!!!!!!! I hope Coastal Ford will take the right decision and FIRE THEM ALL ..!!!!!! The worst experience of my life...!!!!!!

My sales experience here was very good. I dealt with Terell and Brett, both of whom were top notch. There were a couple of complications with my trade in as I had a lease with Toyota, and dealing with the legal stuff of whos name it was under, blah blah blah. Anyways, Jody in the office here handled it all very well and quickly for me. I cant stand taking care of that sort of stuff and calling one person after the next to try and get it resolved, so needless to say I was thrilled that she was able to do it all for me. This was the second truck that Ive purchased from Coastal and it probably wont be my last. Across the board from their location and facilities, to the service with everyone that I dealt with, it was a much needed breathe of fresh air compared to other local dealers that tend to make the process an absolute headache. Id absolutely recommend them to anyone looking to get a new or used vehicle.

Thank GOD I found these guys after having horrible experiences at another Ford dealership (Cam Clark)...I called Coastal and they were amazing. The customer service went above and beyond, both times I went in they took care of the rental vehicle for me (a surprise!) because my new Escape was leaking...the OTHER dealership had it in 3 times and couldnt fix the problem...Coastal fixed it 99% on round one and then tweaked it to perfection round 2 thanks to a super diligent and knowledgeable technician, who also explained to me what the problem was and made it right! I love how they welcome you with your name on a whiteboard, you know they are expecting you! They have coffee, but hot chocolate, tea and REAL milk too...LOL great when youre waiting for a ride. Even the Enterprise guys were awesome. This is my new dealership and they deserve everyones business.

Coastal Ford - Vancouver were very easy to deal with. I previously had a lease at another Ford dealership and initially approached them to review my options. I was looking at leases and or financing a new car. They did nothing to retain my business so I looked to Coastal Ford. It was a totally refreshing experience. I was greeted by Will Chiltern whom I had made an appointment to meet over the phone. Will was a good guy to deal with and did the best to make us comfortable with our purchase. Overall I have a very good experience. I question the sales tactic of the constant back and forth with Sales Managers and the General Managers etc.. id like to be able to strike a deal quicker than I did in the future. If I make a next car purchase / upgrade from my present car, I will hitting up Will at Coastal Ford no doubt. Thanks guys.
