My husband and I booked with City Limousine Ltd. for our wedding day on June 10th, 2017. I must say out of all the companies weve contacted, City Limousine was the most efficient and professional company weve ever dealt with. Bal whom I initially contacted for a quote was quick to respond to my email. Every email since was responded almost instantly with our questions answered thoroughly. Not only was Bal efficient but also extremely accommodating to our needs/requests. He even responded while he was out of town on vacation with limited access to emails. I found that very professional and it definitely reflects their excellent reviews and reputation. On the day of the wedding, our driver Aman arrived earlier than we expected. He was friendly, polite, punctual and very accommodating. Our entire experience with City Limousine has been nothing but amazing! Its great to know that there is such a professional Limo company out there we can rely on for transportation during special occasions. I will not hesitate to refer them to friends planning future weddings and events! As for ourselves, we will definitely be booking with City Limousine again at our very next opportunity! Our great experience with City Limousine started with the email exchange with Bal. Bal was prompt, friendly and very informative in his emails. On the day of the serive, the driver promptly picked us up on the designated time. I forgot his name but he was courteous and professional. As the venue was at the Rose Garden in Stanley Park, we thought we had enough time. However, there was an accident on the way where a car got hit by a trolley bus. Our driver got out of the car after realizing it wasnt the usual traffic and spoke with the drivers of the other cars to let us through. He was apprehensive that we might not make it in time and tried to look for the best route. We did get there with minutes to spare. We commend him for his quick thinking and his ability to solve problems. Would recommend City Limousine to anyone looking for limo service in Vancouver.

I wish I could rate City Limousine Ltd. more than 5 stars. The service was absolutely incredible. I set up a client with City Limousine while he was in Vancouver on business and worked exclusively with Bal and Harry. My client used their services for four months, at least 4 times a week. I was the one who had to schedule my clients pickups, and at first I was nervous to work with a company remotely (as I am not based in Vancouver)-- especially when my clients schedule was changing constantly. Bal was very accommodating for last minute changes (If I contacted him at 11:30 P.M. for a 6:30 A.M. pick up, he would almost immediately get back to me). Also, Bal sent me very detailed and accurate invoices each month. I recommend City Limousine if you want to work with an honest businessman/ have an extremely reliable car service.

For our wedding, we rented through CityLimo as they were recommended by one of our family friends. The entire booking process was very easy and it was by far the easiest task on our list of wedding items to complete. I mostly dealt with Bal who was also our Limo driver. Right from the get-go, I was very impressed on how flexible he was with our schedule and the limo was very well maintained. From pick-up to final drop-off, his smile never went away and he added some energy to our wedding and reception party! He openly provided some of his input in our discussions surrounding wedding photography which turned to be very valuable. I would highly recommend Bal and his team at City Limo for any occasion!

City Limo was excellent. I saw the 5 star reviews here, and made the call. Luckily for me, they were one of the best rates I was quoted. We took a limo in Vancouver at the end of August 2016 for a wedding. They quoted me a month in advance via email, with a confirmation number and everything. Their rate was more than competitive, as everybody else was requiring a minimum 4 hour window. Our driver Harry was early to pick us up, but didnt rush when we said we werent ready to come out yet. He was also right on time for picking us up to take us home. I will be using them in the future for sure, and recommending them to anybody that needs a limo service!

Our wedding was October 10, 2015 and I was a little nervous about trying to choose the right limo service, as some have really bad reviews. However, I called City Limo and dealt with Bal for booking and Indy as our driver. Booking City Limo was a great decision!! They were always attentive to my needs and were on time, polite and just plain awesome! Our driver Indy was fantastic as well...If you are booking for anything especially a wedding and want courteous and a bang on experience, you will want to get City! I booked with City Limousine Service for my friends wedding back in September. I had such a great experience from day one. I called in for a price quote in February and spoke to Bal. He gave me a quote and said I will send you a quote via email as well in case the prices go up we will still offer you the quoted price. I really liked the helpfullness and kindness. On the big day the driver showed up on time and took great care of us. He had stacked ice/water and even brought us coffee while we were in the park. I would recommend everyone to use City Limousine for hassle free booking and top class service.

I stumbled upon City Limousine about 3 years ago and ever since we have always used their services. The Customer Service is excellent, they always arrive on time with a nice clean limo, the staff is very friendly and it is affordable. The last several times we have had the pleasure of having the same limo driver (Bal) who was great, extrimely polite and super helpful. I will always use City Limousine for all of my limo and transportation needs while in Vancouver. If you want a good price, excellent service, luxurious cars and last minute reservations then this is the limo company to call.

Used the service on 5/14 and 5/18 for airport shuttle. Our arrival into Vancouver was delayed but City Limousine folks were following the flight information and they were waiting for us at the designated location when we cleared customs. Sweet. Confirmed our return trip and were waiting outside our building as scheduled for our return trip to the airport. Cars were nice, driver was courteous and service was excellent. Bal, the person I was in contact with was very prompt to respond to questions before, during and after the process. Highly recommend.
