I found an SUV that I found to be really cute on craigslist and decided to go check it out with my parents. When we got to the lot, it was kind of late and dark. We had to go to them to get the keys. No one came out of office to come see us. We were pretty impressed by the car. Jacob came out after about half an hour of us looking at the inside and engine and I remember him saying "heres how we do things around here." and he explains the hundred dollars deal. Basically, we give him the $$$ and he brings the car to the mechanic. From there, hell show us the records and then let us test drive. That sounded pretty fair so we gave him the money and told him well be back again. My dad mentions the Check Engine Light to Jacob and he says that the mechanic checks everything. Okay, great! So fast forward to us coming back to test drive the car. The car was pretty good for a used car. The Check Engine light was off so we figured that they did fix it. We get back from driving the car and go into the office to talk about prices. Heres where they lost our interest from buying from them: first of all, when we asked what the check engine light was all about, he waved it off and said that the car passed beautifully. He also shows us that the back brakes are less than 50% - which we could tell from the test drive. The fact that the check engine light was just a mistake threw me off. Secondly, the other guys that work there CREEPED ME OUT. They were RUDE. Theyd stomp into the office Jacob took us in and would talk about how their pizza was late or theyd put business cards up like we werent even there. There was one guy there that wanted to return his car (should have seen that as foreshadowing...) and one of the employees kept coming into the office to tell Jacob to hurry up because of the other guy. In all honesty, I started crying because I felt so put off by the place. It didnt feel right and my parents thought maybe I was just nervous about having to replace my first car. Theyre NOT friendly. My advice, dont go here. I think its convienient that they have their own machanic and their service makes it even worse.

This used to be cc motors but mark took over and it is now ml motors.Me and my spouse had such a great experience with these guys. My uncle referred me over to this business. Me and my spouse got a nissan altima and the owner mark was very upfront with the vehicle and history. I did a lien search and everything he told us matched up to what I found. They have their own insurance broker but icbc was launching out a new system so it was taking awhile so mark took us to the closest auto plan. Because the system was having glitches province wide the auto place was taking a while. Long story short We had to buy 2 day permit... because we waited so long mark paid for our 2 day insurance permit!!. He didnt have to do that but he wanted to make our experience better. I enjoyed working together with Mark. The staff would come by and they would talk to us about random things which I liked. I personally enjoyed the fact that we could walk around and browse without having a salesman on our tail 24/7. You ask the staff a question and they give you an answer that is to the point. Its a small dealership so if you cant find someone or if they are gone its usually because they want to make sure they answer or acknowledge other people coming in. Pros -One stop shop (car and insurance) -Quick service. Answers are short and to the point. They dont weasel you into buying a car. They let the car sell itself. -Willingness to negotiate -Upfront with accidents if any... just ask them -Selection of cars to choose from -Open 7 days Cons -They arent going to kiss your butt beg you to buy a car. (I noticed the other reviews were re:customer service) -once you decide on a car and tell them to hold the car.. you have to put a small deposit so they can hold it for you so that no one else can buy the car. If you decide u dont want it last minute u lose the deposit. Its only a couple hundred so be sure you want the car. Overall I would come back to these guys again. Thank you so much for the experience.

Absolutely horrible, negative experience. Just went to check out a car (CL advert) and there was absolutely zero interest from the sales person Mark. Here i am, saying I`m ready to buy today and would like more info and he disappears. I have to track him down. AND NO ONE ELSE WAS IN THE LOT! Finally, when he does give the keys, I spend over half hour checking the car out and every concern is dismissed in a condescending tone. Still, I was considering to buy and went to the office to check out the car history report and this bozo Ken person right in front of me in a demeaning way says to Mark, "hes not serious", and they both just start ignoring me. Great salesmanship idiots! You had someone that was ready to give you an almost fully price offer and you just blow him away! Later I ran the VIN of the car using a friend that works at a large dealership and holy smokes, it shows a odometer discrepancy - the sucker was rolled back! Yet the report they showed me was completely blank. Someone was looking over me that day. Stay away from this place. Very mean, condescending people selling shady vehicles. The typical sleazy salesmen stereotyped in movies holds true for this place! A search for others peoples experiences shows similar experiences. Avoid this place at all costs. Horrible, mean people simply should not be rewarded. PS. CC Motors - JJ Motors - ML Motors are all one and the same. They keep changing their name because of their horrible reputation. Search for reviews under these names too.

AVOID AT ALL COST. The salesman here will flash a fake smile and sell you a lemon. I had to sell the car I bought from this place just 2 weeks after buying from this place (also called ML Motors). I bought a 2011 car and the salesman assured me such a new car would not have any problems. He suggested buying warranty was a waste of money and if the car had issues, he would have his mechanic fix it in the first week. The very next day, the car had very obvious problems where it would lose power, dropping to speeds of only 20 km/h, and then stall and die in the middle of the road. This happened the first time I took it out on the highway, and cars were going 100 km/h, not expecting a car to be stopped on the road. I brought it back and told the salesman it was unsafe. His mechanic looked at the service code and surmised that there are too many potential reasons for the issue, and he was either unwilling or incapable of fixing it. Each time I brought it in, the salesperson was dismissive, saying "oh, I need to go", while the mechanic twice said he could do nothing. I have a feeling the salesman knew of the issue, which is why he told me not to buy warranty, so they dont need to deal with it. Since the car randomly stalls, its basically a death trap to any body in it, especially if theyre on a highway. I would feel guilty pawning this off to another unsuspecting driver, but apparently, this salesman has no problem compromising the safety of his customers.
