The manager at this store is a nice enough guy, but clearly doesnt know about basic oil changes. I went in and asked for an oil change. My car does need synthetic oil, fine. He then looked online and noticed that it took many different grades of oil to which I said, "Whatevers cheapest". Anyway, to be brief, he then gave me the final bill of over $400 for a basic oil change saying it was the oil that came to nearly $40/L (and my car took 8 Liters of the oil). When I called Lordco, they told me they sell it for HALF that price. Now, Im not saying Kelly ripped me off and took the mark-up, but youd think someone who works with cars would look into getting a slightly cheaper oil for a customer who says the words "whatevers cheapest". When I asked Kelly about it, he told me to call Lordco because he cant deal with it. Thanks for your efforts, Kelly. Go to the Richmond BB&M, folks. I called them and asked them how much theyd charge. They told me theyd do the whole thing for $150.

Went here as advised by Canadian Tire after a few places and quotes. Talked to Terry and felt very comfortable with him as a person and a mechanic. Few weeks later I bring in my car(thinking Im not going to see my car for another week as advertised by previous mechanics) less then 8 hrs later the very same day Im driving my baby home ($1300 less than lowest quote by other mechanics) thank you so much Terry and Budget Brake and Muffler

went into store before closing as my muffler was in process of falling off, called ahead and was told come on in, it just needed a bolt and he did that quickly, when i asked about cost he said have a nice trip. i am from out of town. was very impressed with service! thank you again
