Shop did a good job to rectify damage caused by buffing. Originally vehicle was not finished on time, went to pick it up the first time 2 days later then promised, found buffing scratches on the hood and epoxy on the window. Brought in again to have the Scratches buffed out and epoxy taken off, came to pick it up later that day and the issue hadnt been rectified. Left it for another 4 business days to have hood repainted again. Thankfully they got it right on the last go. While I appreciate the final result and the manager working to fix the issues, I do feel it would have been proper to issue a rental car for the inconvenience. Also am a bit concerned by the fact that 46km was put on the vehicle in the final 4 days of their care and no gas was added, dont see why they would need to use it for that distance...

I brought my car into Boyds regarding some minor damage to the side of my car. The rear passenger door had been pushed in and the door had slightly buckled - part popping out and part caved in. Robin came out and took a look and said he thought he could do something. I waited inside for about 10 min and then he called me out to take a look. It is nearly perfect and youd be hard pressed to know there had been any damage. Robin refused to take any money for his effort, expertise or time. "Just happy I could help." He then offered his opinion on some over the counter products that could help buff out a few minor key scratches near the door handles. What wonderful old-fashioned service. If I get a bigger problem, I know where Im heading. Thank you!!

My husband and I have been going to BOYD AUTOBODY for many years now with both of our vehicles for glass repair and some body work. They always stand behind their work and if you ever have any concerns, they will go an extra mile to make sure you leave their shop fully satisfied. Our vehicle was broken into, the thieves broke side window, left the interior lights on and as a result the battery was dead and we could not drive our vehicle to the shop. Robyn from BOYD drove to our residence to give us a jump start. BOYD AUTOBODY is highly reliable and trustworthy shop. They provide the most professional and friendly service. I just wanted to let everyone know how great Boyd Auto Body & Glass was to my children and I this morning. I ran out of gas coming off the Oak street bridge and had to push my car off to safety. I ended up in front of Boyd Auto Body & Glass on Marine Drive and went in to ask for help. They were unbelieveable and gave me enough gas to get to the gas station and were willing to do anything else I needed to help me. They didnt ask me for anything in return so I had to tell everyone what a great business they are and how wonderfully kind the staff are there. Thank you so much again!!!

Today I returned to Boyd because the door handle on the drivers side has not been working properly since the body work was done. Having said that...without hesitation I was told to bring in my car and they would attend to it. I did and they did....in a couple of hours (and by the way I was taken home and picked up again while the repair was being done) I had my car back in perfect working order again: NO CHARGE and with big SMILES! That is great customer service!

Rear-ended and required a little body work on top of the bumper. No appointment required for estimate = great. Got the car in for repairs within 2 weeks = great. Visually went over what was being repaired on the car = great. Staff was friendly and Robin made sure that I was satisfied with the work their shop had completed. Repair addressed my major concerns with body damage and also have a shiny new bumper!

Service was very good, the staff called me every few days to update me on the status of my repairs. The wheel they fixed for me looks like new. Only complaint is that the car wasnt ready till nearly 1.5 hrs later than the time I was quoted, causing me to miss an appointment. Would still visit again if I needed repair work done, but note to self not to schedule anything in the afternoon of pickup!

Very friendly service. They went out of their way to accomodate my schedule, on very short notice. They even cleaned the outside and inside of my car!

Did a good job repairing a heavy hit on my Toyota. They handled the issues with ICBC and gave me a loaner car. Id use them again.
