Excellent service! Super easy to deal with! Nothing is hidden. This is NOT a kingsway second hand car dearlership. All fair and square. Not sure why others said they will not show the history of the vehicle. Its clearly show under the description on their website. And the staff explain clearly what im getting. I rarely make review online, cuz i dont feel like the other shops i been to worth my time to do so, but this dealership is totally different. Friendly and professional! Bottom line is, when my girl friend and i first saw the car we like, which is a 2013 mini cooper, and compare to the car they have in their show room, which is high end Porsche and Ferrari, we were both a bit worry. But Rob, our sales person, did not look as down and gave us the service which no others dealership can match. Thank you Rob and thank you blue star team. Will come get another car in 2-3 years.

I bought a vehicle from the guys at Blue Star and was very happy with the entire experience. The car I bought wasnt very high priced, but I was treated like it was. The follow up service I got was something that I would never have expected from "used car salesmen". The folks at Blue Star Motors smash the stereotype of used car salespeople. When I inquired about a defect I found in the car I had just bought it was immediately diagnosed by their mechanic who had the problem fixed in less than 24 hours...and they did this at no charge to me, even though I had waived any warranty privileges!! Blue Star Motors gave us a great deal on a BMW 318i 2009 - It feels like a new car and my wife is in love with it. Rob Libera is a one of a kind person and a great sales person. A person you can trust and will go all out to make you happy with the car you buy from him, but also Rob is a fun person and loves his dogs that he has in his office. You can tell a lot about a person and the animals he loves and the people he has working for him. This man you can trust and he will make it right for you and you will end up making him your friend. He is an assist to the car world and to the city of Vancouver.

2 weeks ago my wife Cori and I purchased a Bentley from Rob. Rob is a man of his word, and a pleasure to deal with. A couple service issues came up with the car, Rob dealt with them right now, and went over the top with it. We live here in Kelowna, Rob had everything dealt with right here in Kelowna without any hesitation so we didnt have to make a special trip to Van. I cant say enough good things about Blue Star Motors and Rob. I highly recommend them for your next vehicle purchase, we are customers for life. Customer Service gets a fail. Shouldnt you try and help the people you are going to make money from? I received no help, no friendliness, and left without buying anything as I was prepared to do. They didnt even try to make it happen for me. I ended up going somewhere else and they made it happen no problem. These guys dont know what theyre talking about and the other dealer got my business and made some money off of me. Good luck with your poor business practices. This dealership gets an F.

Never before had I had to call a sales guy so many times. Told me hed call back in 3 minutes, I called back 1 hour later. Told me hed show up at certain place 15-20 minutes, I waited for 2 hours and still no show. I talked to Rob and I just find the experience horrible. Refuse to do business with someone who wont honor simple commitments such as returning a phone call and show up on time. Dont waste your time, took my money else where and you should too.

Pretty terrible place. I came to look at a BMW, had cash didnt need financing, and the guy wouldnt let me test drive it. Thought it was strange, obviously something wrong with that scenario so I asked to see the service records. It had been in an accident and required over $20000 of work it turns out. I think he was looking for a blind buyer. I walked away. That kind of place.
