Great place to go if you like being treated like you are stupid! The owner asked me a few questions about the machine I need to power with a battery, I only knew the wattage. I got attitude and I felt like I was being talked down to, this is what he said to me "If you dont know the amperage Im going to sell you a battery that is way too big". I believe he could have been more respectful and tactful, I have worked in retail and I know there are better ways of treating people, "Okay sir Id love to help you but first I need you to find out the amperage of the machine, could you please take a look at the label on the machine" That would have been a much better way to treat costumers.

I arranged with the guy to be there 5:10 to pick up a battery. I made all the way in rush hour. He had closed the door seems right at 5:10 or earlier. I knocked on window a few time then walked around the building hoping to find the owner, on second try finally he opens an basically turns me away that he has to shut down now and I should come tomorrow! THe guy simply does not care to spend even a couple of extra minutes, thats all what was needed! too bad. I took my business to Canadian Tire!

Very helpful staff. A bit on the gruff side, but affable. They seem to be oriented towards serving tradespeople, so theyre used to customers who know exactly what they want. Even so, they took the time with me over the phone to help me figure out what I needed, and I never felt "talked down to". They got me what I wanted,and they were patient and friendly when I went in to pick up my order, even though I changed my mind a couple of times.

I usually dont post reviews, but they should back it up for what they are saying. They could not order battery I was looking for 6N4C-1B. Statement on the website is not true: "Can’t find the scooter battery, laptop battery, car battery or phone battery you’re looking for? Turn to Battery World Canada Corporation for all of your hard to find battery needs." Maybe for regular batteries they are good but not for hard to find.

Wow.. I just spoke to a dude on the phone about their batteries... When I inquire & try to clarify about their refund policy, the guy got defensive, offended, and said I dont want your business and hung up. Wow, this is how you do business. You cant even answer a simple question.. Thanks for the heads up. Ill tell everyone to stay the hell away...

1st visit - I went in and bought a replacement battery for my computers UPS. The counter guy was a bit rough. Tho he find me the correct battery. Prices are good. 2nd visit - the counter guy this time was helpful and nice. I bought 2x 3volt lithium coin cell batteries for my car alarm fob. Works great and price was fine.

Went in because I needed a cable for my old inverter, it was a smaller size crimp that I needed and they didnt have so instead they gave me a half jumper cable that worked perfectly....for Free!!! Totally surprised by the generosity and will always goto and recommend them. Thank you
