When I went to Auto Max Motors LTD I was greeted by a professional sales person. I am a new immigrant to Canada. I was given all the necessary documents for me to be able to make my decision carefully. I was given an inspection sheet along with a car-proof report for the car. I compared the pricing for the Honda Odyssey with other dealerships and made my decision to purchase the Van. The salesperson was not pushy and I never felt obligated to buy. They have very nice cars, also all their staff were nice and helpful. If they have the vehicle you are looking for, I would recommend you visiting them and seeing first hand what I and writing about. My experience with them was great.

I know when I am speaking with a sneaky sales team since I am in the selling business. This company is not sneaky or un-ethical they are very ethical and provides 110% customer service. Sometime as customers we expect too much from the dealership. They give us great deals, great service and then we want more. Its not right we all work hard for a living and this company does too... People buy with 110% confidence Auto Max were great to me and they will be great to you! They are a positive team will only give positive results so ignore the haters.

I financed a 2009 Kia Optima with Auto Max, after going home with it for a week I realized I wasnt too happy with the car and couldnt really afford the payments. Went back to Auto Max to explain the situation and they were more than happy for me to return the car back to them. They just wanted to make sure I was happy. MJ did a great job with helping me throughout the whole process and the rest of the staff are super friendly. Would definitely go back to them in the future.

I bought a minivan there. MJ was very kind and accomodating trying to find a car that fit my needs. Finally we found it. You see the quality of a dealership when something goes wrong and you have to seek their help. It was my case, something went wrong with the van and they went the extra mile to help me out and take care of everything so that I am really satisfied with the post sales service they gave me. Auto Max Motors LTD is one of the most honest dealerships i have dealt with. I found their add on Craigslist for their Honda Odyssey called they helped me over the phone for many days. Dont EVER buy a vehicle at Automax ... They are nothing but Liars and thieves. Had a very similar if not worse experience as one of the other reviewers( Budhi Kapoor) posted on here. If it were possible to give them a -5 rating I would. Beware, you have been warned. Remember Liars and thieves. Particularly Anna and her sidekick Sam.

If you are looking for a used car or to trade in your vehicle this is the place to go, The staff are super friendly and helpful. They have a lot of bmw, Mercedes which are priced very reasonably, they didnt low ball when I traded my car and felt everything was fair.
