I WILL NEVER GOBACK. Been a return customer for last 5 years beacuse of good work, BUT NOT THE LAST VISIT I will not deal with SEAN the Manager there EVER AGAIN. He will down right rip you off with out blinking. I complained about some deformities with the repair area, and his response was "Thats how it is" even though I showed him the other undamaged side was totally different. I saw the other post about how everyone left and went to Fastrack Autobody at 11820 River Road in Richmond. I showed Andrew (the previous manager at Arbor) and he reconized my loyalty and fixed the deficientcies free of charge. NOW THAT IS QUALITY AND SERVICE. Stay away from Arbor Body Shop until it gets better.

Our family has had bodywork done by Arbor for the last 20 years. 4 different vehicles and 6-7 different repairs. 2 of my friends have taken their cars to Arbor. In all cases, the service has been great, the quality of the work has been excellent and the price has been more than reasonable. The owner, Felice, really puts his heart into the business. Operating a body shop isnt easy but these folks do a masterful job.

This was the 2nd time I had taken my car to Arbor. They are fantastic! I met the owner who has been there for over 40 years (hes 79) and he was great to talk with. They also cleaned my car inside and out (which I wasnt expecting) and picked me up when it was ready. (the owner came to get me) I would HIGHLY recommend Arbor and will defiantly be back if I ever need more work. A+

Ever since the original staff left and open their own shop in 2009, the quality has gone down hill. The apprentices there now cant even color match the bumper on my black car. So if you want the quality it used to be, goto the new shop of guys that worked at abor for 10 years called Fastrack Autobody.
