DO NOT COME HERE!!! Do not buy from these scammers. I traded in my car and put money towards one of their cars (~$10,500 value total). After driving the car for a few days, I noticed MANY issues. The gas cap light was always on, indicating a leak somewhere, the fuel gauge was NOT working so I could never tell how much gas I had (incredibly dangerous), the rearview mirror was broken, and the coolant was empty. wtf? Do these people even service their cars before selling them?? I took the car back to them to fix because I had bought warranty from them. They kept trying to avoid scheduling my car in at all! Finally when my car was brought in, they told me at the end of the day that NOTHING WAS WRONG WITH MY CAR. In other words: they did absolutely nothing and didnt want to fix the issues at their expense DESPITE the fact that I bought warranty. I insisted they had to do something because what good is a car if you cant tell how much gas it has at any given time? Thats just dangerous! I was told that "it would be too much work to fix and they didnt want to do it." Soo....whats the point of buying warranty? This is not even 3 weeks after buying the car. The $100 I spent on warranty I might as well have thrown in the trash. Now Im going to bring my car to a REAL garage to be inspected and fixed at my own cost, which I shouldnt even have to do thanks to Alphas crappy after-care. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. I dont even want to give it 1 star.

I thought surely all these bad reviews they cant be that bad? I went down to make up my own decision, and this is how it went.. spoke on the phone about a car i liked, there was no mention about any problems with the car. After arriving there office is clean, car lot well maintained all looks good. I circled the car i liked, I honestly expected to buy then and there, they had it cleaned up nicely. We spoke quickly about pricing, talking some numbers he reiterated the car had 0 problems. I take it for a test drive, and there is a clunking noise in the gears. He played the I had no idea about it but i can look into it for you, which may have been true. To me working in car lot you should know everycar inside and out and not say it has no problems if youre unsure it was all just a sales pitch. It continued to make noises throughout the drive. I never purchased the car, to me after he had said twice no problems with car then i instantly found a problem + going off other reviews i left. I asked him to get it looked at and give me call, I havent received any follow up calls so Im leaving this review. Might not be every car but i got the vibe they prey on people that know very little about cars. Make sure you 100% inspect the car.

Worst Dealership Ever! Its not just the salespeople that dont know how to keep their word, the manager and the OWNER are the exact same thing. All they do is throw the blame onto each other. They dont care at all if you had already made a deal on a vehicle and left a deposit. When you come back the next day with a bank draft to pick up "your" new car, the car wont be there anymore. And they will just be like sorry and throw more excuses at you about why you can no longer purchase the car. The salesperson also attempted to avoid telling us accident details on the car, we only found out since we asked for the CarProof. We wasted our time driving from Abbotsford to Vancouver to this dealership, not just once but twice. The person we had our deal with didnt even call us or anything to notify us. If I could I would honestly give them a 0, I dont even know how they are still open since all their deals are based on lies.

if you like to save yourself some time, money, and nerves, just walk away from this dealership. these guys do not even run basic safety inspections on their cars. I bought a 2010 car from them, which was one of their fairly new car with lower milage.these are the problems i experienced shortly after buying the car: overdue battery, 2 ripped tires (side tears), missing Aux function, leaking water pump, and last but not least the main seal on engine block started leaking oil excessively from 2 different spots. a grand total of $2500 i have spent so far just to get the car on the road safely. Unprofessional and uneducated staff which wouldnt be surprising I believe. terrible people to buy cars from folks, dont get scammed. Cheers

Came to show the cars on Christmas Day, on top of which it was also a Sunday! Waited for as long as we needed to for getting my mechanic there. Was open to getting inspection done several times. Price was also fair for both parties. There were a couple things that needed to be done to the car. He was fair in getting the things done in a timely fashion. I would have appreciated a better job in cleaning the car from inside since I found a couple bottles of water and a lighter but I was gonna get the car detailed inside out so it wasnt a big deal. Would definitely recommend him to my friends and family.

Really nice people to trade in with! They have some great cars and i think with reasonable prices . Dealers are really friendly and knowledgeable .I and my boyfriend bought BMW 320 i (2003) " and the modifications he did in the car made it look alike recent cars! I do recommend this dealer , I think he offers really good deals with customer satisfaction.

I gib this auto dealer a ZERO. They sell you broken car and you stuck with broken vehicle because owner close the door to problems. Is money greedy only. Wolf in sheip clothing. Avoid at all cost.

Dont! Stop!! Back away! These guys are crooks and liars. All their cars have issues. True mechanics they use is a hack. Pleas do yourself a favour and buy from somewhere else!!
