Dont judge a book by its cover. That is the most perfect statement to describe the outstanding service. For years Ive been getting my propane tanks filled at that gas station and never really paying too much attention to ABC Tireland. When you look at the outside, it looks......well like a typical garage. Nothing fancy but nothing dirty or broken either. When you walk it its mostly east Indians. I did immediately question why, but soon it became clear. Looked just like the Dad and brother were owners and they were teaching there children how to run and probably take over the business on day. It was a close family and you could really feel the peace about them. The kids were in there mid 20s, knowledgeable and very polite. My tires were bran new and paid for by the dealer, but were they cheapest Chinese tires around. The car had alignment problems so I take it to another garage to get it fixed. The mechanic fixes the alignment but the car still pulls to the right. The mechanic says one of the front tires has a radial lead. These tires are 2 months old and that car stayed in the showroom of the dealership until I bought it. Tire warranty does not transfer with a purchase. But ABC hand no problem replacing both tires. They did, plus the mounting and balancing all for free. The car still pulled to the right. So ABC Tireland to the rescue. They offered to do the alignment for free. They have 1 of 2 state of the art tire alignment machines in the country. That did the trick. I do have one piece of advice to the owners. Make sure your staff is accurate with quoting rim prices. I understand you get your rims from the states and the prices fluctuate with the dollar. First you need to explain that to people who call because if they call in a week and the price is different then its going to look shady. Also make sure whom ever is quoting these prices knows what they are doing. I inquired 3 times on the same day via email and 2 phones numbers. To my surprise I received 3 different prices, some off by over $150. All and all I appreciate the service and trust my car with them.

This place is horrible. I wish that I could rate them zero stars, because they really dont even deserve one. Theyre dishonest crooks. Be warned! My friend had my truck towed here after running out of gas, not to my usual mechanic. They told him it would cost $1,200 to replace the fuel pump. I said "no way," Ill take it to my mechanic, whom I trust, seeing as I didnt even bring my truck there in the first place. That night, the window of my truck was smashed in their lot. Nothing stolen from the truck... not the stereo... not the thousands of dollars of tools in the back... no other windows of other cars in the lot had been smashed in... pretty blatantly obvious what happened. But hey, I cant claim that these guys smashed my window... even though everyone I tell the story to says "wow, sounds like those guys smashed your window." Right down to the window repair guy. Even if they didnt smash my window, they were negligent and should be held responsible for not having left my truck in a safer place. Is this how you want your automobile treated? Anyway, I had my truck towed to ATEB. Brilliant diesel mechanics. They tell me that nothing is wrong with my fuel pump, but its actually the fuel injectors. They replace them for half the cost, and the truck is running like a tank now. I doubt the tireland guys even looked at my truck. Theyre just a band of crooked thieves and merry tricksters. After reading some other reviews, theyre probably going to write some bullshit story about me. Honestly, you can even tell by the positive comments that these guys get that theyre fake. Pay close attention to the negative reviews and how the Tireland guys respond to them. Its disgusting. If you have diesel, take it to ATEB, any other problem or if you dont have diesel, take it to Tremblay Motors. There you go, youre set. (mic drop)

Been here twice recently. First visit was to replace a hard to find low-profile tire on my car. I had previously contact Kal TIre, but I was suspicious of their pricing. So I came to ABC and they found the same tire, promised to get it the same day, and sell it to me at a total cost that was 20% lower than the competition. And I did not even mention Kal Tires quote. So I trust ABC pricing a bit more because of this! Tire was installed in a really fast turn around time, and they attended to me the moment I drove onto their lot. 5 stars for this one! Then my most recent trip was due to a puncture on a different vehicles tire. I brought it back because of my great previous experience, but was treated like it was a small side job they didnt really care about. I was not given the same level of service as I was previous. Not even close! But, they did do the job well, and quickly, and for a cheaper price than the competitors (35% cheaper than Fountain Tires quote). So the story with this experience is: if you need service done quickly, properly, and fairly priced, come here. Customer Service is hit or miss.

Dishonest autorepair shop! Be warned. Ive been going to this location for years and spend thousands of dollars at this shop. Often I found the markup on parts to be 300-400% over premium part prices on the Internet but I do understand that its a business and its no different than any other shop. Today I went in for an oil change and specifically requested 5w20 synthetic oil. I made a point of sticking around to see what was happening during the process. At first the mechanic brought out the right kind of oil but then one of the younger guys came out and spoke to the mechanic. Later I noticed the mechanic left the actual oils on the ground but got an empty container and go to the barrel at the back......When I approached them about it the explanations were that that was the right "synthetic" oil and that there is no difference between the oils and that with now the higher mileage my vehicle required a different grade of oil etc etc. You can judge yourself....Im not going back to these guys

Been doing business with these guys for YEARS. Almost 4 years now, to be exact. My company can always rely on these guys, since we have a lot of cars that need maintenance and tire changes frequently. All we have to do is give them a call when we have a car coming, and most of the time they take us in and finish within 20-30 minutes! So quick, easy and hassle free. Even if theyre busy, they always let us know and do their very best to accommodate us, as we also have a very tight schedule. And as for leaving a car overnight in their lot, obviously its public and UNSECURED. The risk of a break-in is the same whereever you leave your vehicle, even outside your own house. So I dont understand why some people think its their responsibility to watch their car at night.. This is the real world, people you should get used to it. Thank you guys for all the awesome service every single time! Looking forward to more years of doing business together.
