We have had our eye on our F-150 (that we finally bought, which is a picture of us and our new baby) for a while; we just werent ready for a while but when ever we inquired about it our Sales Consultant was very informative and answered our every question as soon as she could. Danielle was so awesome to help us with our purchase; has a great personality and very understanding. This is our 2nd vehicle from Terrace Totem Ford and loved the customer service provided by everyone involved with our purchase :) we were also given all information of our deal (Theresa, Finance Manager) was amazing at giving us all details about our purchase. We would definitely recommend Terrace Totem Ford to our family and friends who are in the market for a new/pre-owned vehicle.

Service dept was very helpful throughout my situation in regards to my 2016 f150, I was given a courtesy car for the time being. The biggest concern I had was ford motors canada lack of ability to supply a part for my truck. 7 weeks my truck waited at totem ford for the part to come from Michigan. It was good but had to bring my car there twice and wait for over a month for parts. Seems wrong to have to give up your car for two days once to see what is wrong and once for them to fix it. Why would they not have parts or have to wait a month to get them for a vehicle that they sell off the lot? I like my car but every time I have had to bring it in, even for an oil change it seems like those in your service department are disorganized.

Service department person was friendly and efficient. Left of service time reasonable. I have my winter tires removes and summers put back on during the service. The tires were nicely bagged but dirty hub caps were not and put on the back seat. I now have to clean my seat from the dirt and rust marks. Either put them on the floor or put them in a bag like the tire, all four would have fit in one bag.

Dimitri Filtziakis and Graham Scott got us the exact vehicle we wanted at the price we wanted to pay and made sure everything was in order for the final pickup and this was a second-hand vehicle I cant imagine what they would have done to put me in a brand new vehicle....Thanks guys and the gals in paperwork too.

Had a great experience when getting my truck serviced and having an aftermarket centre console installed. My Service Advisor Becky was very professional and explained everything, including the vehicle inspection. Even noticed the small chips in windshield. Keep up the good work!!!

I get my work truck serviced here, it takes a little while but thats fine if the job is done right. The staff is fantastic, always friendly and on the ball. Mechanic didnt mind taking a minute to explain a discrepancy between what two shops where saying and answered my questions.

The visit was fast and the staffs high level of communication was very appreciated, although the mechanic was unable to diagnose my vehicles problems without spending much more time, and was deemed likely not worth it.
