I booked an appointment 3 weeks ago for service today, Nov 14 at 12:30. When I arrived, I discovered that they hadnt ordered the parts. When I said that was terrible customer service, I got an agreement that it was, a shrug and sorry. With that kind of shoddy attention to detail and horrid customer service, Terrace Motors Toyota service department is not one Im willing to trust my vehicle with.

Probably the best dealership in town. Kudos to Brock and his team as they made the whole process from sales to delivery very smooth. They offer great after sales customer service, and theres a wide range of Toyota vehicles to choose from.

Bought a truck here about 7 yrs ago.. it was a used truck but I spent almost 30k and the owners wouldnt fill my truck with gas .. horrible customer service.. Ill never buy another truck from them again!
