Had an appointment at 8a.m. for simple maintenance. They said be done by noon. Went back at 130 and they didnt even touch it yet. Still in the same place I parked it. They said someone else with a work truck and a crew of guys was more important. Not even a phone call or anything to make it right. Unbelievable!

Spent a $1000 on a rear brake job on my jeep and it was 2hrs late so when I asked if it was going to be ready soon service rep Wayne asked me if I would like to go back there and do it myself ! Really ...?. Never again
