There is nothing better then knowing the people at Kal Tire in Terrace got your back. They take the time to get to know their customers, their needs and life styles. Quick to offer reliable professional opinion. They will educate you and go over their professional opinion with you and tell you why and what. They know what is best fir the customers needs and offers them to look at a brand name vs a house brand. I have also had them give me a quote on another job to which, seem to run fair with others. Ive never been to a Kal Tire and have been disappointed...... hats off to the guys here!

Stephen the manager was awesome! Im a commercial truck driver and needed new tires badly. I was allowed to park in the truck bay over night and Stephen opened the shop 1/2 hr early to start changing 6 bad tires. I went there because I liked winter tires they sell but there customers service is really bad. They are really bad at returning phone exchange calls and doing what you told them. Anyone I talked with had same to say for there customer service. But today I found out myself. Previous owner was good. I wont go there for any business.

Needed a new tire for my motorcycle to return home. Didnt know Kal tire dealt in motorcycle tires called them on the off chance as the earliest anyone else could get me one was two weeks. Matt was able to get me a tire in 6 days. Special thanks to Matt for being there to help me.

The staff at Kal Tire were amazing! We had a nail in our tire that would have caused our 16 hour road trip a huge stoppage. They fixed the tire, gave popcorn to the kids and sent us on our way in a quick amount of time. Highly recommend for all tire needs!
