I decided to purchase my dream car, even though I was not allowed to test drive the vehicle without putting a deposit down first. I was told by the assistant sales manager, Richard, who sold me the vehicle, that I would get a call within the next few days. I was never called back, never given an approximate date on delivery or given any reinsurance. I tried contacting the assistant sales manager over the next three weeks but he avoided all my calls and messages. Even went into the dealership a few times a no one wanted or could help me. I finally got in touch with the GM and he promised this would be resolved and that once again I would get a call back. Instead I got an ear full from the assistant sales manager and he began to lecture me about high expectations and that I haven’t really paid for the vehicle in full yet so what do you expect. The entire sales experience was very unprofessional. They made me feel like they were doing a massive favor by selling me a car, and that I should be privileged they even considered me. I was paying cash, at full MSRP, no test drive, and still was disrespected on multiple occasions. I would avoid this dealership altogether. It even took me a few more weeks to get my deposit back because supposedly no one had the authority to write a cheque, that they cashed the day after I gave it to them. It only takes a small act of kindness to make person feel appreciated. Imagine if they apologized and gave me the deposit back within decent time frame, rather than waiting for weeks. One would think even a couple of hundred dollars off would be plausible after this treatment. I would have bought the car in the end if they at least did this, but instead they lost a customer for life. I would never recommend this dealership to anyone and will be posting this on many of the forums I am a part of. I have had to re-published this multiple times over the last few months as it has been flagged as inappropriate. I wonder by who.... these guys are just ridiculous.

I took my Subaru Legacy in for service because I could smell gas and was concerned that there may be a leak. They did a mulitpoint inspection and told me that they thought that a minor leak of transmission dripping onto the exhaust was the cause. The Service staff said sometimes the oil can smell like gas. I thought that was weird because know that oil doesnt smell when hot anything like gas. Also, there was a engine service light on that I dont think they checked by hooking up the computer. Anyways had my son who is in the car biz for Nissan have a look at it...hooked it up to the computer and diagnosed it right away as needing the vapour canister vent solenoid replacing. I phoned subsequently and asked them how much it would cost in labour to replace and got the run around...need to see the car...need to the see the part (purchased at Lordco). Just have the sense that the Service people dont have a good handle on repairs. Felt like they wouldnt give me a ballpark number because they (a) didnt want to look it up on the system or (b) like to up sell and push subaru parts. I could see subaru parts but this is a 99 with 300k kms. Frankly I have no confidence not to mention the last time I bought wipers the service counter guy was rude and seemed more intent on conversing with the female staff visiting his area. So, will have to wait till back on the Island where I trust the service repair techs. Too bad because they are close...but not when they dont know older models and how to repair.

Bought a brand new car here before it ever left the lot they ruined my bumper. Instead of using appropriate hardware to put on license plates they drilled holes in my bumper without saying ANYTHING!!! They devalued my car as soon as it was SOLD!!! Never let them touch your car after you have spent 25000 cash at this dealership. People please run when you see Wolfe. Since i posted this i was told this is a subaru thing to drill in your brand new bumpers instead of them getting dollar adapters so plate will fit without compromising the integrity of the bumper. If you will be only owner ever and never change your plates might b ok. The screws are placed in with no protextion whatsoever and will crack over time. There consolation to me was "300 service on them lol what does a 2016 bumper run without just a skin over it? I would say more than 300. For those that bought vehicles from here or apparently any subaru dealer your vehicles value has been compromised. On another point to service dept i was called into replace the bumper left car there came back when they called they had not touched it whatsoever. No carwash even and were told oh no bumper in western canada whatsoever. There so called wash and vacuum is non existent. This is after they called and told me defacing your car is a subaru thing somehow that doesnt make sense

Initially my experience went well, I came in with a squeaking break and loose power steering belt and they showed me the defects in the parts and replaced them. After that, everything went downhill. I was also looking to get a set of winter tires, and was quoted a price "all in." I assumed all in, included taxes which was partially my fault. Nonetheless, even once I received the final price on the tire package before taxes, it was still 60$ more than the initially quoted price. Furthermore, after paying for all of my brakes to be done to remove the squeal, I drove off the lot with a more prominent squeal than when I arrived in the first place. I figured Id give it a day or two for the brakes to wear in, but the issue never resolved. I left a message for the individual who I dealt with two days after the repairs to mention the brakes and my issues with the higher quote and he returned a message the next day but didnt mention the quote issue. I left a message returning his call, and didnt receive another call back for the following 4 days even though I left messages each day asking him to contact me. When I finally got ahold of them, they booked me nearly a week ahead to fix an issue from their faulty repair job that was noticed the second I drove off the lot and after continual mention of the overcharge, it was never addressed.

Extremely disappointed by the service technicians at Wolf Subaru. Three times now they have done substandard work on my Forrester. Once they did not fill the engine completely with oil after a service and did not clean their hands when inside my car. Once I had to return three times to get a cruise control part installed properly. The last time I had a coolant leak from the water pump. I pointed it out to them but they insisted it was the radiator and that was changed. Returned home to find the leak was still there. Returned the next day and they changed the water pump. Although the front counter service staff did offer a small percentage off the cost of the radiator and water pump I still ended up with a radiator I did not need at a far higher cost than planned on. At best this is a case of up selling and at worst a case of incompetent service technicians. I was hoping to buy a new Subaru from Wolf this year but frankly I dont see the point of wasting more time and money with them. I gave them two stars because the front counter service people do try but the rest of the team fails completely. UPDATE: We were contacted by Marc Livingstone and the matter has been resolved to our satisfaction. Thank you for your attention to our concerns.
