I dont know if it was the sales staff or the department who posts ads. I really think they should update/remove old ads on Craigslist. Craigslist had many "out dated" ads with car numbers. Some with promotions for a free ipad with purchase. I showed the many printed out ads from Craigslist and the one with the ipad they said was "expired". Why not remove the ad then? Isnt that sneaky and false advertising? Seems like it to me. When I quoted a inventory number in their ad, that number didnt exist in their inventory. That care didnt exist or sold. Again, important to update your ads. I had dealt with one specific person in dealing with looking for a car (we will call him "J"), told him I would be there one morning (after weeks of searching/researching, and he didnt even bother to come into work the day I showed up! I tried to call a couple times while I was at his dealership. He didnt return my calls. While they shuffled me around and many salesmen asked if I needed help, they went to look for a car in another warehouse after I told them not to bother. I left the dealership and "J" (who didnt show up/return my calls) had the audacity to text me to say the car was now at the showroom. Rude. Waste of my time. The manager (maybe the owner) was nice enough and only gave me a deal on the same vehicle, same color, same mileage and year, ONLY AFTER I came back (and showed him the ad) and said I could get it cheaper at another dealer. He matched it, but his Document fees were 200 dollars more, so in the end I would have been paying more to Langley than the other dealer. I dont understand how you can be willing to easily go down on one car but not another? Is it because there was no other person offering better? No offer was accepted for the other car when I offered. I found the service was ridiculous and unorganized and sneaky. I went with another dealer where it was a small town feel and great service. I wasnt shuffled around from guy to guy in the sales room. Honesty is the best policy, remove old ads!

Bought a CX-3 back in April and just took it in for the first service. These guys are great. The minimum financing for the term was advertised at 1.9 percent and even after I pretty much committed to buying the car on my second visit to the dealership the financing manager informed me that he got me an even better rate! The place was packed when I came in and I dealt with Shane. Shane is a very to the point salesman and he was a pleasure to deal with. The financing gentleman (cant recall his name) worked to get me the best rate and walked me through all the addons and exactly what they covered. At no point did he try to hustle me into getting anything extra. The dealership covered my first oil change and I was told that I would only have to pay for the tire rotation. When I got back from waiting, they didnt do the rotation because I didnt need it. They could have easily just did it and billed me for something I didnt need but they didnt. Choosing a Mazda was kind of an after thought for me. I was looking for about 6 months online and watching various reviews of different brands on youtube and I decided to check out Mazda at the last minute. I started to check the reliability records of some of the cars I was interested in and I noticed Mazda was consistently in the top 3 reliability rankings out of every brand so I figured I should check out their offerings. I am happy I went with Mazda and I have no buyers remorse for buying a new car. Not only did I get the best financing possible, I also got a super fun family-ish car to drive. The CX-3 is definitely also a good deal especially if you get the GS. I highly recommend this dealership as well as the Mazda brand.

I dealt with Shane (Sales Manager) Pat (Business Manager) and Roger (Financing) I felt no pressure in purchasing a new vehicle, Shane showed me all the models I was interested in. I test drove the CX-3 and Mazda 6. Shane was exceptional, and to be quite honest with you, I do not like salesmen. I have purchased many cars in the past and quite honestly, I have never met someone who makes you feel so comfortable and is completely transparent and honest. Roger and Pat were crunching the numbers for me while I was looking, they got me within my budget of the vehicle based on my financial situation. Roger was straight to the point, honest and knowledgeable, he listened to my financial concerns and worked with me closely to benefit myself. Pat helped me with my trade in value, he removed my wheels from my vehicle that I wanted to keep, he also agreed to remove the aftermarket stereo for me (brand new) so I can get some of my money back (still waiting for the stereo but theyre working on it for me) I was extremely impressed with the level of service I received. Wolfe Langley Mazda prides themselves on no pressure sales and customer service, I definitely experienced it. I live about an hour away from the dealership, but I will take that 1 hour drive any day to have my service done with them. I am happy I chose Wolfe Mazda, and if i could go back in time, I would have purchased all my cars from them. I will always be a returning customer, that I can guarantee. Thanks again Stelios.

We have owned Mazda cars and so has several members of our family. We have always loved the cars weve owned. Great cars. However, this dealership is guilty of some shady practices. They offer cars on craigslist and when you go in and make an offer on the car, they say "Oh, sorry, that was a misprint its actually worth much more than that", tack on a couple thousand and wont listen to your offers at all. Ok fair enough, misprints can happen. So a week later my son called all excited as he found the Mazda we were looking for online. We looked and went to call on it but low and behold same car, same price, and when we called up to make an offer, "oops, sorry thats a misprint". ??? How can they do that? How many other people did they lure into their dealership with false advertising and then claim it was a mistake that "just" happened. Plus it was a $19,900 listing price, we offered 19,000 cash and he would only go to 19,800 as we already "got a discount from the $20,900 listing it should have been". We offered a fair price and he wouldnt negotiate at all. The manager has some pretty dishonorable ethics at this Mazda. Its a shame too, as the sales people get tarred with the same brush and we could tell the salesman was embarrassed and he lost a solid sale.

We recently purchased a used car from Wolfe Langley Mazda. From Trevor in Sales, Patrick the Sales Manager and the entire service staff, I would not recommend a better place to buy a vehicle! Our used car had some issues that were overlooked by the shop mechanics. Stuff happens. Without any hesitation even after a week of owning the car, they took full responsibility for the vehicle they sold and fixed/repaired everything with no charge. On top of that, they were so accommodating to even deliver our new used car to our home!!! WoW!!! Thank you for this wonderful experience. Despite the number of dealerships we visited over the past 2 months looking for a car, we never felt like just another customer at Wolfe Langley Mazda. I know Im a hard ass when it came to the final sale of the car, but everyone remained positive, caring and worked very well to make the deal happen. I would never make the effort to write a post or review, but truly this recognition needed to happen. Well done Mazda. See u again in the future! Thank you!!
