I will try my best to put down on words my wonderful experience at Willowbrook Chrysler Jeep Dodge. I was in the Langley area and decided to quickly stop by to see if Willowbrook Chrysler had the vehicle that I have been looking to get for a few months now. As soon I as I arrived with my family I was greeted by a young man named Ryan who was most friendly and so easy to talk to. He took me around to all the vehicles that I wanted to see and was very knowledgeable. I felt like I was talking to a friend more than a salesperson. Within minutes we were out on a test drive. I liked the vehicle so much that I thought lets see if they are willing to give me this vehicle with my trade for the price I want not what they want!! When coming inside I was ready to make a deal with him. I am not one for beating around the bush, I know what I want to pay, take it or leave it. I was then introduced to Kevin., who also is very knowledgeable as he has been in the industry for over 20 years. We were looking at the price with my trade but I was not happy with what they wanted to offer me. I was ready to leave and then Kevin said "What will make you happy? I was thinking wow, I did not expect to hear that from a salesperson, but these guys are not your "typical" salespeople!! I told him my price, I was not sure where this was going but I did not have much time and I know what I wanted to pay. I was told to take the car for the day and when I returned it they would have an answer for me. I also requested if I was going to get the vehicle that I needed extras for example, head sets, remote control, flashlights as it was a used vehicle. When I came back that night Kevin introduced me to another very friendly salesperson, Jordan. The three guys came together and said they would accept my offer! I honestly was not expecting to purchase the vehicle so quickly but I knew what I wanted and did not want to wait as I probably would not have found this exact vehicle with all my needs for the price that I wanted to pay! They really were amazing and so fun to deal with. The next day I came in and we signed the paper work for my vehicle, and just like that I had my van that I so wanted and the price I wanted to pay for it. I also met Melissa in the finance department who also gave me excellent service with the purchase of my extended warrant! I know it was a great purchase, and not once did I ever feel pressured into buying more or paying more. I was even given a choice of some lovely gifts on the "gift table" and I picked a crock pot that I needed. I honestly had so much fun while waiting to get my insurance paper work. I sat and chatted with Kevin and Ryan, they bought me a coffee white I waited, and had a fun time chatting. I will for sure be coming back here for my services even though I live in maple ridge. It is so worth the drive and the toll bridge:) What an awesome experience. I will also be coming back here for sure when I purchase my next vehicle and I have already told my entire family and all of my friends. If you want a vehicle go see these guys they will HOOK YOU UP! Hello All Vehicle User....Paulo has done it again. This one of a sales man is genuine and can be trusted and taken at his word, when it comes to auto sales. I got a job to do and need a vehicle to commute to and back. I called on Paulo and he gave a FIAT 500 to consider. A FIAT ? Well some blessings come in smaller packages. The FIAT 500L is an amazing parcel. This is a six speed manual transmission....talk about speed and you have it. More to come as I continue learning about the gift from Paulo...a gift because it was far better than any dealer within Langley could offer. Parking...it fits well in my little townhouse garage.. What else can I ask for....God has been good to me and family. Jocelyn and Nikita cannot be left out...the financing great, protections and the works excellent. Insurance was par excellent - Nikita and the hustle to give me the number plate I desired. To you all at Willowbrook Motors doff my hat or cap and will surely have a long and possibly lasting relationship with you folks. My family and I were in need of a new mini van to replace our old van, which had served us in time past very well but had come the end of its useful life. After a little research, we ( as in two of my children and I), hit the road to Willowbook to look for a deal. We needed a van which can meet our needs - low gas consumption, 7 seater, tech savvy and also reasonably priced. I was getting tired, so told my children, let see what the famous Canadian dodge caravan can offer - 31 years serving Canadian families. Here comes Paulo, to our rescue. Gave up all the knowledge we require in a minivan for free. We settled on one dodge caravan mini van - store and go. The features in the van are amazing...meeting the technology savvy children wants and needs Price and fuel consumption superb....meeting the desires of my wife. Notwithstanding, the kitchen, gifts/ apparels she gets to take home...hohoho In the end, we are all happy...children, wife and I...the new family resolution is ....do not buy an automobile, when you have not spoken to Paulo ( aka Jerry Lewis) To his manager, the financing team, the customer service and the parts team, I say " ayekoo" in Ghanaian language, meaning an impeccable work done and are very grateful. Next time, you need an automobile, please speak to Paulo or visit, the Willowbook dodge team. Stay blessed.

I started off my search looking for a vehicle in Vancouver because thats close to home and theres dealerships galore all around me. I started to look online and venture out of my area because I seen there were more options and they were a little cheaper towards Surrey and Langley. I went to several dealerships in Surrey and between bad service and no service I gave up on Surrey, I finally went to Langley and my first stop was Langley Chrysler. I had a not bad experience but nothing for the books! Then I headed off to my destination of interest which was. THE ONE.... THE ONLY.... WILLOWBROOK CHRYSLER!!!!! I walked on the lot and immediately was greeted by a salesman. I had a less than pleasant experience with said individual so I looked around and left. I went online and started reading some reviews about the salesman and who to go through. I came across probably the best salesman in the dealership! Ryan Horton! I made arrangements to meet with him at the dealership for a time that worked for us both and the second impression of the dealership blew the socks off the first. Ryan was the most helpful, knowledgeable, friendly and personable guy I had dealt with. Im sure Im not the only one that feels like car salesman just want to get you into a car and make a sale because its money in their pocket. Ryan was the total opposite. Ryan took the time, and rest assured he had to look high and low. He gave me several options that he thought I would like and low and behold and he found me the PERFECT car. I am now the PROUD owner of a Black 2015 Dodge Dart! I originally wanted to get myself a truck like a RAM 1500 or a 4door Jeep Wrangler but given my credit I wasnt able to qualify for the bigger options. Every other dealership I went to, they said "You need a co-signer". I said, Im sorry I do not have one. They immediately said theres nothing more they can do. I thought to myself there has to be something someone can do! That didnt stop Ryan and his finance man Elijah Nakagawa! They were like Shrek and Donkey! Didnt stop until the job was done! Elijah presented me with my options and when I was expecting him to say, I need a co-signer. He said, lets pick what works best for you and sign the deal! I didnt think I heard him correctly. No co-signer? I was the happiest fella that day! If you need a new car! Your salesman needs to be Ryan Horton and the money man needs to be Elijah Nakagawa! Ill see you both in 11 months when I come back for my upgrade!
