Absolute worst experience ever. Do NOT recommend going to Surrey Mitsubishi unless you want to be misled, lied to and have your time completely wasted multiple times. I came in to look at 2016-17 new mitsubishi lancers and had to leave for my birthday party. I was told by Jay that if I came back before 9:00pm that not only would he make the deal I want work, but he would "throw in free oil changes and car washes for life". I show up after my dinner and I had to wait for over an hour before he would talk to me. His manager came up and said, "Im so sorry you are waiting so long I will make sure you get the best deal and I will throw in free oil changes for life because of your wait." When I finally saw Jay to discuss a deal I was very clear about my budget. Not only did Jay and his manager come nowhere close to what I was asking to fit my budget, that mystical free oil change for a year was no longer possible. We left. Get a call 9:00am the next day saying come in and we will make your original offer work. Great come in at 11:30 as arranged with Jay, and oh guess what, he isnt ready for me again. Another long wait. Sit down to talk to him, and he gave me a totally different deal that was even worse then the last one with absolutely no way I could get lifetime oil changes as offered twice for my wait the other day. Why would you call me, make me come over under the pretenses you agreed to the deal I wanted, NOT BE PREPARED so I have to wait yet again, then lie to me and say oh no I cant give you that deal here is a worse one. Did I mention on the test drive he could not answer any questions about the car? "What kind of breaks does it have?" we ask. "I dont know what kind of breaks do cars usually have?" he responds. "How much is it?" we ask. "I dont know that depends" he responds. We could not get one strait answer out of him about anything. Not to mention when I leave the manager damn near yells at my father and I to come talk to him, and proceeds to yell at us that a counter offer we received from another dealership was a lie (it wasnt by the way). Not to mention, as a female who is the one purchasing the car, Jay and his manager seem more content with talking to either my father or boyfriend about the car, its features and to negotiate a deal than to talk to me. As a woman it was like I did not even exist and I was totally ignored. I felt disrespected and like I lived back in the 1920s. 2 days, 3 visits, several scare tactics, "its the last one in all of BC, no one else can get you a better deal, if you go to that other dealership they will lie to you, I sell more cars then them", and hours of disappointment. How on earth is there only one single black 2016 mitsubishi lancer in all of BC (when I did not even want black)? They will not budge even remotely to meet your needs, they just push extras you said you are uninterested in, they bypass rebates you are eligible for (ie. student 500 rebate). All you will get, and I mean this, is a million different and terrible bait and switches by men who disrespect and ignore women. Never go here. Wolfe Mistubishi in Langley on the other hand, Great place and honest, go there instead.

This is one very satisfying car shop! We saw a Mitsubishi car at other shop, and decided to check the new models, so we quickly found this shop, conveniently located near City Center. The account representative who met us listened to our idea of a new car and offered to view few models right at spot, without any further pressure, like throwing the "time limited offers" or "great deals you could use only today" at us, like what people in other shops did. He just offered to look at exact models, exact color choices of our search criteria. Very professional and respectful to us! He showed us the models, the options - all presented right at a a lot - and showed us the choices of color - and we loved just what we saw and we picked our two most favorite colors right there. It all took just about as much time as we had to formulate the idea in our head of how much we like it. No pressure, again, just offering options which suit our must-haves. We took a drive-test, obviously, and were surprised to find how smooth and easy it is to drive the Mitsubishi car. It felt just so right! With such a great feeling towards a car, and the friendliness and respectful of environment we felt, we made a choice to buy a car there! We went through the numbers, and the sales manager gave us really good estimation for our previous car. It was an easy and pleasant way to make a deal! But that was not the end of a story - the color of a car we really wanted, was currently unavailable - I guess its so popular because its so pretty - and we were facing a long wait before the next shipment of cars coming from Japan... The timing was tough - and we thought that we lost our opportunity. There were cars we wanted, just the color was not right... But thats where the sales stuff - the representative, who assisted us, and the sales manager - went out for an extra mile to help us with the car. They looked at inventories of the other Mitsubishi shops, the shipment reports et cetera. And they did it! They just found the exact car, the exact model and options, and the exact color! And they succeeded in securing that car for us, just in a matter of minutes! Oh my! We were so pleased, so surprised at the level of openness of the stuff, and at their will to make us happy, not just sell +1 car in their reports! Closing the deal was very smooth too - no surprise fees added, everything explained and asked in all details! All important numbers, lines in the sheet, all financing options, looking at numbers this way and that way - it was very, very "us"-oriented. We felts that it all was made to make us happy. No pressure, no hidden surprises, all very open and honest. I am sure that when the next time comes to look for a new car, that will be our preferred shop. We liked the feeling of being valued, and we know we will be met with the same openness next time! If you are looking for a new car - go visit them, you gonna be pleasantly surprised!

Worst experience ever! I purchased a van last year, well long story short I brought the van back after threatening to have them EXPOSED AT Global or CTV news for being so damn shady selling me a van that wasnt even ready to be driven off the lot, it needed a lot of repairs...I took it thinking the warranty would cover the repairs...well that didnt happen! well the threat to the news got them on their toes...well they worked real fast to get me back to at the dealership (all day) I finally had a van that wasnt a lemon...after many phone calls with Managers prior to this. Well before I could leave manager made sure to give them a good review with Google...I did what he wanted just cause spending the whole day there I wanted to get out of there. NOW their up to their old tricks...for the last few months Ive tried calling them to make my payments with my credit card (how I normally make payments), never getting anyone on the phone, leaving messages after messages after messages for them to call me so I can make payments....NO ONE EVER CALLED ME BACK! Well today I find out that I have been driving with no insurance for a week...because they pulled the wool over my eyes and Im now being told Im Leasing, so the reminder letter for insurance renewal was sent to them, well no surprise they didnt even call me to let me know. Talking to Jessica today she says its like your leasing but your not, and laughed it off, what does that even mean?????? Well because I need authorization from Surrey Mitsubishi to insure the vehicle. Well now because I havent made a payment with no fault of my own because they cant return my phone calls! Their communication skills are definitely POOR! Now their solution from their lack of communication is to Repo my vehicle! Finance manager says hes called me...dont lie to me! I dont take liars too well...Ive never ever received a call from you, after verifying the telephone number you have my correct phone number and I never answered a call from you or received a voice message...please dont make like Im an idiot! Time for Surrey Mitsubishi to be EXPOSED for the shady dealership they are! Ive never had such a bad experience from any dealership! Its pretty bad because they were highly recommended...they have to know they will never get a recommendation from me! Im upset, angry and surprised of how they treat me and I think Global or CTV News will be getting a call from me to finally expose them for how shady they do business! Im not happy! I need to take back all the nice things I said about Surrey Mitsubishi that Brian had me do before I left the dealership...definitely not happy!
