My 5 stars are because of service and awesomesauce from this company. I havent used them (yet) but they still get 5 stars and Ill explain why... I contacted Amar because my car was likely to be a total loss, but ICBC made me pick an auto body shop anyway. He had the best reviews, and the best website, so I called. He listened to my story, then let me send him photos via text. THEN, within MINUTES, he was so helpful and kind! Knowing he wouldnt be getting me as a big customer, he called ICBC for me to let them know hes seen the photos and his opinion on the matter. He was trying to help me expedite the process so I could get on with my life. I cant believe he did that - more especially because he knew he wasnt going to get me as a customer (for fixing this car anyway). He even texted me back and forth and gathered my insurance info from me. And this was his end-of-day by the way (making it that much more amazing of him). So given he did that for me, he obviously cares about customers. And now I know who to call when I need a car body fixed...

Had a hit and run on my car that caused significant damage to my bumper. Sangam was the first place I called due to the high rated reviews and I was not disappointed. Spoke with Amar and within days he had got me in and was very transparent throughout the process of what was happening. I was set up with a loaner car and was shown pictures of all the work they had to do. I even had a cracked windshield that they were able to replace at the same time. Turn around time was a week, and I couldnt be happier with the outcome! Car looks brand new and they even detailed and cleaned the inside thoroughly. Due to weather the outside couldnt be washed but Amar offered for me to come back when the weather gets better and he would take care of that for me. Thanks to Amar and everyone at Sangam for taking such good care of me! Highly recommend Sangam Auto Body!

Sangam Auto body is a great business, being operated by great leadership! They have fixed many of my families vehicles and also helped me purchase a work vehicle for my dad which was an awesome deal and a great car! Always call you on time, answer the phone courteously, get back to you quickly with estimates or adjustments and make sure with my insurance that I get a nice courtesy car! I have been going to Sangam to deal with Amar and Gary for over 5 years and will not go anywhere else. Its simple....once you deal with them you dont want to go anywhere else. I have sent my friends and family to see them all time and will continue to do so...These are the guys you hope to find 1st on the internet! Thanks Guys!

After reading the numerous 5 star reviews online, I took my car in for a broken mirror (hit and run ICBC claim) to Sangam. Amar is just an awesome person in general to deal with. Super friendly and professional. He even called me back on a weekend to let me know the progress on the repair and explained in detail what was being done. The work was done really quick (especially given the horrible weather the lower mainland was facing) Was given a loaner car which had winter tires! - served me fantastic through the ice/snow. I hope I never have to visit Sangam again for a claim, but If I have to, it most definitely will be them. If I could, I would rate them a 10 on 5.

I brought my Mitsubishi Eclipse to this shop after coming across there website. I have never been so satisfied dealing with an auto body shop that I did with Sangam. Not only was the customer service amazing, the end product made my car look brand new again. They took care of all the paper work after I gave them my Icbc claim number and it was stress free. They go above and beyond what I have been accustomed to, and also quote you affordable prices. I would recommend this shop to ANYONE out there needing some work done on there vehicle regardless if it is a Icbc claim or private. Thank you Gary and Amar. -- A happy customer whose vehicle looks brand new again.

At last there is a good Body Shop in town. This is why i liked this shop: - Good customer service (Gary and his team) - Ethical (no rip off or cheap work like other body shops do) - Committed with time (gave my car ahead of scheduled time) - Post service: made sure i was satisfied with the job and I can bring my car back in case something went wrong - Detailed oriented: they not only cleaned/vacuumed my car but polished it too All in all a very good job and i would definitely recommend them. Advice i would like to give: - they seem to have limited courtesy cars as i had to wait extra day for it so maybe add more fleets

A few weeks ago I got into a fender bender on my way home from work, after seeing the good reviews online I decided to take my truck to Sangam Autobody, right off the bat they were super friendly and got me into a curtousy car. They got my truck fixed and looking awesome right away, not only that but they also re-painted the trims of my vehicle and replaced my parking break cable that recently snapped, which was extremely nice of them and just all around made the ordeal a lot better. If you need some work done on your vehicle give these guys a call, they definitely put their customers first and do a fantastic job!

These guys do really amazing work, and Amars customer service is above and beyond. Bought a 2013 FR-S, scratched it on a curb, cried for a while, brought it to Sangam to get it fixed, was given a super fair price, car was ready in 2 days, and I cannot for the life of me find where they blended the paint. Im pretty picky about details and I seriously cant tell that anything ever happened to it. They also touched up some paint chips that were there from the previous owner for free, and gave me a little bottle of my paint in case I need to do any more touch ups in the future. If I could give 10/5 stars, I would.

Having to bring in my vehicle to an autobody shop I never know what to expect (kinda like a first date) - and this one went swell. I was made at ease by having all my questions answered, even if I had a lot of them. Amar, worked around my schedule to book an appointment and all was done effortlessly. I just picked up my vehicle today, the work is seamless, and looks good as new, not forgetting to mention, that my vehicle is cleaner today then the day I brought it it. A big Thank You to Everyone at the Sangam Headquarters for great work and a great experience.

My Experience for first time is these guys are fabulous they went above and beyond to make my car to brand new again after my accident..They took great care and gave me an amazing deal at the end with paint job..I will be recommending to anyone to go see them as I will be comming back to them for any other work that I need done to my car and they even cleaned my car inside aswell and made it shiney and love how they a life time warranty on their work and parts...Super friendly and Thanx Guys ... :D
