Spoke with Tyson , he priced a reman trans which was more than i wanted to pay so i declined and was going to scrap the car and thanked him for his time. Three hours later he called me and had found me a used trans and totally surprised me with his call! The price was right where i was looking to pay and had amazing customer service , he even took over communications with the installation shop so i did not have to worry about any issues while i was at work . Definitely a great guy to deal with and a great shop to deal with as well , super helpful!!!!!!

Allan at the front desk made me feel like an idiot. I cant help but think it was partly because im female. He gave me terrible instructions to find the car i was looking for, especially for someone whos never been to an auto wrecker before. When I couldnt find the car I was treated like a moron. All paying customers should be treated well. Ill never go there again

Called to ask for a part for my Subaru. Tom picked up the phone and was super pleasant. Unfortunately they didnt have a forester so he was nice enough to tell me to contact Aldergrove Auto Wrecking since they dealt with a lot of subarus. No interaction here, but wanted to indicate they were pleasant and were willing to refer me elsewhere.

Great Service! called them yesterday about a replacement part and got a call today telling me they had the part in their abby location. I dont know any other recycling company that would beyond to help a customer like that. Definitely returning if I need another more car parts!

Talk to Garnet! Its amazing to find someone in the automotive world who is on top of things. All to often emails and phone calls go unanswered, that wont be a problem here. Part arrived well packaged and was actually the correct piece, just install it and go!

Called to find hard to find dealer only alternator adjusting bolt. If the part isnt catalogued in their computer inventory then your out of luck. Oh yeah to top it off there is a $50 minimum charge.
