Poor customer service brought my car to be fixed here. Just a small scrape took two weeks to fix. Then they damaged it further big dint in the rear quarter panel. And then stated it was like that when I brought it in. What a joke.And they where rude towards me when I questioned them about the miles they drove it. I did not expect to be treated so bad. I also noticed that they used 1/2 a tank of gas I know as I filled it up just before getting there. Never again. Worst service ever. They drove it 286km and I documented it with my phone before dropping it off. Took a closer look at this shop and noticed I should have never gone here dirty shop rude workers and miss managed. The car was repaired by an other shop and I posted this under my name as we did not want my boyfriend harassed. He also said he paid in cash and thought he was getting a better deal. You know who we are and I now think this might be Tax evasion on your part just saying looks fishy. We do not have time for this. And every one makes mistakes we know that but the lies from you and your workers and calling us scammers is not worth our effort to pursue. We have moved on but wanted every one to know how we where treated. I just hope you and the guys that work for you never repeat the same with other paying customers.

Brought my car in after I got in a T-bone car accident. Was one of the accredited shops on ICBCs list so I looked them up and gave them a try. Julian was the first guy that helped assess the damage of my car. He took very detailed pictures of everything that was damaged in the accident. After about 3 weeks I got my car back. Vaccumed, washed and all the damage taken care of. Plastidipped rims were scuffed up from the crash and not covered by ICBC. They Re-Dipped them anyway free of charge. The side chrome molding on the passanger side needed to be replaced but not caused by the accident. They asked me if I wanted to get one ordered and installed. I agreed, they installed it and even painted it black to match my other moldings free of charge. The owners Bart and Julian gave great customer service and Overall a great experience and highly recommended.

Excellent service! My husband I and got my cars dent fixed and we were very impressed with the service they provided and the care they they provide both cars and clients. Our courtesy car that Hertz had provided had an incorrect mileage (that my husband had overlooked with this signed paperwork), yet after explaining to Julian that we only used the car to drive home from the shop and back to the shop to return (use it for less than 20 km, but the mileage was showing as if we used it for 500 km), he was very caring and kind and had contacted Hertz for the oversight. I received my car also cleaned in the inside - which I did NOT expect! Wow! So this proves to show they also go above and beyond their service. Thanks Prime Collision! I highly recommend this place to anyone need autobody repairs.

Ive had two vehicles repaired by Prime, and have sent other people there also. On both occasions for my vehicles they did a superb job. The job was very professional and I was extremely happy with the results. They washed and vacuumed my car before it was returned and they deal with customers in a very professional manner.
