went 40,000$ in debt to buy a truck from thier, day two got pulled over for illegal tint on the windows and the officer informed me my leaf spring was broken and the clamps were almost falling off...... auto source did pay the ticket and my truck went in the shop for 2 days. the fallowing weekend i drove to see family and when i was half way their i stopped to get gas and to my suprise when i opened the gas door their was a locking gas cap with no key!!! i had to break the gas cap off cause i didnt have enough gas to go back. then while in penticton i noticed the suspention in the front drives side made a weird sound while going over bumps and the exaust sounds extremely loud. after getting it checked out by someone turns out the subframe is bent causing the spring to hit the tie-rod and both manifolds were cracked and the muffler had a crack also. clearly i know nothing about cars and trucks so i took the guys word for the most part. magnaflow exaust, blah blah blah turns out it was just the tips. so now its been in the shop another week! this is all before my 300$ b.w payment and im bussing to school and paying 600 a month for the truck!!!!! when asking for a loaner that was a no go and also when the police officer noticed the window tint the door lock was broken like it got stolen at one point and i almost got arrested for that. when asking steve to fix the lock he said no i had a remote! i explained that the battery might die one day while shopping and no way in the truck and he replied "well its a used truck!" highly recommend shooping somewhere else! the sales man tries his best for me but at the end of the day he can only do what the boss will allow. all the warranty work goes to kia applewood. they inspected the truck before the listed it and thats what they passed so clearly their on someones payroll! anyways i hope this rant will save someone their hard earned money.

IF YOU WANT TO LOSE YOUR MONEY AND BUY A LEMON CONTINUE TO DEAL WITH PACIFIC AUTO SOURCE! This is by far the worst car dealership that we have ever dealt with. Pacific Auto Source is owned by the APPLEWOOD KIA GROUP which owns 4 or 5 dealerships in Vancouver, DONT BY FROM THEM. We bought a ML63 AMG from Jason, Kurt and Steve and the vehicle had massive engine problems from day one. I have had quotes from an authorized MERCEDES BENZ dealer saying it will cost as much as $30,000 to rectify the engine problems that this vehicle has. I was told by Pacific Auto Source that THEY WILL NOT HELP IN ANY WAY, remember this problem was first noticed on the way home from the dealer and they would not call me back or respond until I took drastic measures to try and get them to communicate. End result, we lost a ton of money and time and dont have the vehicle anymore... they repod it after I said I wouldnt make anymore payments until they fixed the SUV which was in the shop for 6 months straight while trying to have all its problems diagnosed. THESE GUYS ARE ALL CON MEN ....... JASON, KURT AND STEVE... I have all the documentation to back up everything I have stated and we are now proceeding with legal action against these CROOKS. if I could post without any stars I would as they do not even deserve the one I had to give in order to post.

I dealt with Kurt re the purchase of a 2001 Mercedes SL500. As a salesperson I found him pleasant to deal with and had a desire to provide a satisfactory outcome for the customer. But be prepared and have good knowledge of the vehicle you are buying as I think the dealership does not do the best job of preparing the car before it goes on the lot. I did an in depth investigation of SLs and knew exactly what to look for. You are provided with a mechanical inspection which provides some degree of security that the vehicle has been looked at. But in regards to fluid levels, brake and coolant for example, when the report indicates good this refers to the level and not the condition; my brake and coolant requires replacing. Also take a close look at the tires and tread depth. I only checked the fronts which were good, checked the rears when I got home only to discover they were nearly bald. I advised Kurt of this situation and the dealership did help me out with the cost of two new rear tires. At the end of the day I felt I got a good deal on the car I was after.

Absolutely horrible! I bought a 1999 Alero from Jason at this place. As I was leaving he told me to come back to him if there was any problem at all with the car. A short time later (3 weeks) the rear defogger stopped working and the "check tire pressure" light went on. I had the tires checked and were told they had the right pressure. I returned to the dealership to inform Jason of this problem who told me to take it to their mechanic to have the problem rectified. I did so. A short time later the mechanic informed me that the service would not be covered by the dealership. When I returned to speak with Jason he told me that it was simple maintenance and my problem. The manager heard me speaking to Jason and yelled out of the office for me to take the car elsewhere where a "nice Korean family" will fix the problem, in fact anything I want fixed. Awful after sales service! I had to give these guys one star in order to post this review, but theyre not even worth that! Dont buy a car from these con men! What jerks!

I did not end up buying a car with Pacific Auto but had a great experience dealing with them. Trying to buy a car in Surrey from Victoria is a challenge and Cory at Pacific Source was very helpful in navigating this. I felt that he was quite forward and honest about the used vehicle I was enquiring about and was also very encouraging of a 3rd party pre purchase inspection before I purchased. I felt very confident in the decision to purchase here, and although in the end it did not occur (family decision to choose a different style of vehicle), i give them an great review for all the interactions that I had. I think that they stand behind their inventory which is something that you dont find all the time in used auto sales. I also did not find Cory or anyone on his team to be pushy or make any hard selling. Right up to the end even when I told him that I was not going to be purchasing, he was very gracious and left me feeling like I had been dealing with a very stand up guy. Thanks Cory.

We have purchased four vehicles from Pacific Auto Source, The first three purchases were an exceptional experience! Unfortunately the most recent purchase was not!, I have to say that Kurt was very unprofessional, and does not stand by his word ! The previous Manager we have dealt with was amazing! Anything that was needed was met. Kurt , on the other hand could learn Customer Service from the previous Manager! He was all Warm and Fuzzy when we signed on the dotted line, but failed to complete his promises to fix existing issues with the vehicle we purchased! , Dodged our calls , said the missing parts were coming next week, etc, Well Sir, It has been a year now, have our missing parts arrived or will they be here next week?!!! Will not be coming back here again , To bad Kurt , our son needs a Vehicle! You Loose. A Once Very Happy Customer.
