TL:DR The agent I spoke with (Jeff Franklin April 2016) refused to discuss final out the door price in any way. After buying elsewhere I received a follow up call from Ocean Park in which the agent tried to justify no price discussion policy. Keep your policy I already bought elsewhere. I sat down with a salesman named Jeff Franklin in the month of April to get more details on a 2016 mustang. Since most of the vehicle details are available online all i wanted were details on financing and total out the door price. The office staff that deal with financing were out of the office on lunch while I was there so my finance questions went unanswered (they did answer the very general questions such as interest rates). When I asked about pricing I was told it was company policy to not discuss pricing until down payment or commitment. A bit of laughter escaped me and I asked how I could purchase a vehicle without knowing the price? Disappointed I left. I received a follow-up call just today which prompted me to write this review. I ended up buying with Cam Clark Ford and the Ocean Park Ford agent asked why. I told him that Cam Clark discussed all the pricing details and even showed me their invoice costs (whether or not these were accurate or not I have no way of knowing). Ocean Park Ford guy tried to explain their no price discussion before down payment policy and I said no problem! I already have a mustang I dont need yours...

Service dept is an absolute JOKE! Called to get an appointment to repair something they ALREADY "repaired" a year ago and never fully worked right, and since it was a few weeks outside a year they stopped me short and said it would not be covered by warranty.... fair enough, but i asked if they could help me out at all since it was: A- them that "repaired" it initially B- i would be getting other work done at the same time that they could overcharge me for (diff service, coolant flush, tranny service AND rear rotors) C- it was technically a comeback ..... they said absolutely not AND told (not even insinuated) me it was my own fault... Id like to go down and grab whatever twerp i talked to by the throat, but i thought id just share my experience with the world. Save yourself the hassle and go to dams or key west, never had a problem with either of em.... and btw, this wasnt a million dollar part, it was an $80 part they absolutely refused to help me out with on an invoice that wouldve been close to a $1000, idiots.....

1.Intermittent problem with Lincoln key FOB. Suspected Door Module. 2.Service dept took my call and recorded the problem as I described it. 3.Appointment was delayed until such time as problem was evident. 4. Entered Service Dept and was interviewed by Robbie in 5 minutes. 5. He confirmed what I said on the phone, typed out a work order, 6. I added fix anything that is found on warranty. 7. He confirmed the validity of the warranty and gave me a slips for a car rental. 8. I received a call the car was fixed that afternoon and picked the car up the following morning. 9.. I choose Ocean Park which were further away than other dealers because the initial call was receptive with a willingness to help treating me as a customer and not another number. 10. There is a sign in the Service department saying if your unhappy the owner will gladly listen to your complaint.

I have had my 2014 Ford Explorer serviced there since I bought it from OPF and Don in sales, an overall great experience. I traded in my 2010 F150 that I purchased there from Don as well, so going back there seemed to be a natural. I was happy with the trade in value of the F150. and I have had both of these vehicles serviced at Ocean Park Ford on a service contract, which was not available when my wife purchased her 2014 Honda CRV from just up the road, which did not make me happy, but back to the service dept. they are exceptional in customer service, and always offer me a ride home and a pick up from my home when my vehicle is ready to go, and their estimated completion times are always accurate. Overall a great experience. I would recommend the sales and service dept, to anyone who is looking for a vehicle. or just great service.

I am young but drive a 2014 Ford F-150 limited because I work hard, I dealt with Robert Armstrong from ocean park ford, the sales person did not want to give me final price on a 2016 ford f150 limited and this should be straight forward as I got x plan, when I asked him to appraise my 2014 limited he said I dont want to waste my sales managers time if you are not genuine I cant work on it, I told him I wouldnt be visiting if I dont want the truck. Robert then asked if I want to test drive it and I said yes, he drove up with a beat up 2014 limited just the same as my truck but in white, I said I want to drive the 2016 brand new one and whats the point on buying the same truck as mine with more kms ? He said oh its the same thing... Robert Armstong I might be young but not stupid... I understand trucks better than you.

I dont usually review my purchasing experience, but in this case I feel obligated to give OPF a 5 star rating. The sales staff we very attentive and when we mentioned we were looking for a Mustang your staff new exactly what we wanted. Love the vehicle and I do mean love!! The 6 speed standard was perfect for me but for my wife not so much as she must learn to drive a standard again. Our only issue was the contract for after purchase care. For some reason it seems either Ford or your financial office could not get the contract straight. Paid about $3500 so far for after purchase care and still havent heard after twice trying. Hope to hear soon and I hope the pricing is the same or less. Other than this bump in the road extremely satisfied. Kindest Regards Richard Farrant

Bought my truck back in May from Jeff, I had great service from everyone. I didnt qualify at first for financing and they managed to pull strings and get it for me as I was new to "credit". I love my truck and will definitely be going back when I upgrade in a few years. Second I had a small issue with the radio and the service department was quick to help and I dropped my truck off and they drove me to work so I wasnt waiting around and missing a day of work for them to diagnose my truck, they figured it out that day and replaced the park the next week when the part arrived. If you are looking at buying a new car or truck I would highly recommend these guys at ocean park Ford, go see Jeff and he will take care of you!

v poor - Purchased F150 limited September 2016, whenever temperature dips to 0 or less, all doors latches don’t work all four doors won’t open. So since then every time when its bit cooled I have to manual open door with key, go to back seat through driver door open back side door from inside then put my kids on their car seats. And cab tailgate cannot open it ever in freezing useless to have a truck might as well just have car. One day needed to add windshield washer bonnet latch wouldn’t open. Every time called ocean park ford, answer is we are aware of the issue when the parts are available we will call you and next thing they say is cold snap should be over soon. Don’t buy F150, buy anything else not FORD Trucks
