Made an appointment for 11am had to wait 4.5 hours to have 4 18" tires mounted and an alignment done. They charged me $210 just for mounting/balancing the tires cause it costs extra for 18" and up WTF?? Driving back home to the Island the car was shimming on the hwy, great now I have to get this re-done, turns out they didnt add enough weight. They used used a red grease pen to wright which rim goes where on the inner part of the RIM!! I understand the back of the tire but not the rim, took me 30 minutes to scrub it off and was a major pain the rear. They also left the old glue residue from the old weights on. I figure they had 4 hours they could have done a better job for the amount it cost me. Also while reviewing the alignment specs on the ferry again I noticed they even used the wrong specs for my car. I have the sport model which uses different specs due to different suspension (stiffer/lower) and staggered wheels from the regular model. These guys got everything wrong and over charged. DONT take a BMW to these guys EVER!!!

The team at Fraser Hwy. Fountain tire has been great maintaining our cars over the years. Very convenient at book appointments. When my Father passed away recently they were able to take my car in the next day and get me a set of 4 new tires and check, the brakes, which I thought may have to be changed but they only needed servicing. And then were able to go take care of things, 10 hour drive each way, safe and sound, and not charging for or doing any unnecessary brake work. So that was a relief. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a shop. They also due the fleet vehicle maintenance for the vehicles for the company that my husband works for, so they keep both my family safe on the road at work or just for family purposes.

After having recurring brake issues with both of our family vehicles (issues that the dealership did not deal with properly while they were under warranty), I took them to this Fountain Tire location, which had been doing our fall and spring tire swaps. The staff at Fountain Tire demonstrated that they knew what they were doing, the parts were of great quality and the work has stood up extremely well. Weve since given this shop more of our repair business and the results have been similarly good. Ive been dealing with this location for a number of years now and it is interesting to see that theyve kept many of the same key staff members over this time. To me, thats a good sign of a good shop.

Destroyed my tire on the highway and managed to limp in to Fountain Tire on Fraser Highway. Unfortunately, my tire was not salvagable. It was 45 minutes to closing time and they came up with a reasonable replacement. Got it mounted and I was on my way in a jiffy. Shout out to Ken Potterton. What a great customer service rep for the company. Saw lots of happy customers come in while I waited - there is an obvious reason why they seem to be a busy shop. If I lived in Surrey I would be a regular customer of this shop. Thanks guys.

Weve have been going to them for years due to great service and never having issues with repairs they have made. The staff has always been helpful and informative when our vehicles have needed repairs. The inspections on vehicles we were thinking of buying were always above and beyond what other places have done. We went to a few prominent places for inspections with one vehicle we were thinking of buying and they were the only ones who spotted that the head gasket had a leak. Thank you!

Tire alarm LED is on as soon as replace tire from the shop (due to unskilled workmanship?). Ive call and drop for their check up but their reply is really terrible when I report my concern and no intention to look the tires nor feel sorry. STRONGLY I am not recommend this place.

Went in for a small patch job. They said they couldnt do it and suggested they could order me a brand new tire and it would be there in 2 days. I went a block down the street to Surrey Used Tire and they did it in less than 10 min for next to no money.
