I got my car fixed 2 weeks ago, I had pretty great service & my calls were returned . Maybe because its a really busy shop they probably dont get time to answer calls. You can always call later on , because thats what Ive done . I highly recommend this shop , the customer service is great & they have done all the ICBC work for me . I had nothing to worry about theyve helped me through the process . Id rather not take the stress but they have taken it for me & fixed my car for me . Thank you to the great customer service at Edelweiss Auto Repairs. I highly recommend everyone to come here. Specially knowing what Mercedes or BMW would charge you , I would recommend them . They use the same supplies , I spoke to the supervisor about the car parts and everything before i got my car repaired and they were very honest and kind giving me details about it . THANK YOU SO MUCH !

This place used to provide amazing service, but within the last year or so the service has gone downhill. The owner and the employees never return phone calls, say theyre going to call back, but never do. I always have to follow up because they forget or dont care to even bother. I think the owner has forgotten that people like me, the customer, pay for their livelihood, so good service would be beneficial to them and me. Dont take your car here. You would be better off anywhere but here. Service is terrible and the work they did on my car was terrible. Justin is the only one there that actually cares to do a good job and goes out of his way, but hes the only one and unfortunately everyone else doesnt seem to care st all. Will never take my car here again. Definitely worth investing your time, automobile and money elsewhere!

Customers and Suppliers beware!!!! I have been trying to contact this in regards to some botched auto repairs. not only was my car there for much longer than was agreed upon. car came back with mis-aligned hood panel, paint runs and was never even washed. not sure if they did the repairs or hired a kid off the street. not only have i tried to call and talk to the shop, but they never pick up the phone, and after a few times getting thru to the manager, actually had him hang up on me... twice. horrible shop, cant see them lasting long, also know for a fact they are in deep to a few supplier and not paying their bills. watch your dealings with this shop, both customers and suppliers.

This place has been open for 35 years with the same owner and had great service and mechanics and i know the owners son so that was a plus. Unfortunately they sold the business about 2 and half years ago to retire and now i see these bad reviews with the new owners. Thats too bad cause this place was awsome and 35 years open they were obviously doing something right. Im not saying it isnt still good cause i havent been there since but i hope they get their act together

Service loaner was leaking oil on the ground, smoking from under the hood and literally had black electrical tape on the instrument cluster covering the illuminated check engine light. Did not feel comfortable driving their loaner nor did I enjoy the stares from other drivers as the car smoked down the road. This is the perfect example of their poor craftsmanship and customer care. If you want to waste both money and time, this shop is for you.

I had my car fixed here about 5 years ago. Their service is horrible. Didnt fix the spare tire holder thats hidden from sight. When I checked its still bent! They also didnt replace the molding, I had to call it out and ask them to fix it, I had to return with my car and spend more time. I called ICBC and complained about their service. Try and pick another body shop, I have since used better ones out there.

These guys are terrible. They tell you one thing and do another. Always late, never call back and after taking my X5 to another shop to get the job done properly I was shown where they just applied silicon and charged me for the new part. Save yourself the headache and go somewhere else.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. They never ever answer their phones and my sisters car was not even repaired correctly. There are at least 5 other better bodyshops within blocks off this location.. Stay away... or learn the hard way like we did. Not worth the hassle.
